She was incredibly kind, took the time to walk me through moves, get to know me, and tailored the class to all levels. I loved how they offered women-only classes, which was a plus especially since I am a beginner. She is knowledgeable and a great instructor. Definitely drop in for a class if you're in the area. It was a full body workout with empowering individuals. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a member! There's plenty of parking in the front, and the studio is conveniently located in a small plaza. Their door is marked & just head up the stairs. They let me borrow equipment, but have some available to purchase as well if you are interested! 10/10 recommend for all!

I train primarily with Kru Chon and have also had one-on-one sessions with Coach Nate and Kru Roger. All three have been extremely patient, engaging, and supportive throughout the learning process. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

LOL An unexpected benefit I would receive that I didn't realize at the time was natural healing arts training. The Natural Healing Arts classes combine meditation, yoga, tai chi, and qigong. I started training in NHA simultaneously with taekwondo/hapkido my first year in and now I meditate and practice qigong every day. The taekwondo/hapkido classes and the NHA classes are wonderfully complementary to each other - and I don't know of any other martial arts school that offers both in such a balanced and complete way!

Gary and his staff of experienced professional instructors met and exceeded my expectations in every way! They truly are phenomenal instructors who obviously have years of not only operational experience, but years of training experience. They are able to watch you shoot and find those very small things you aren't doing properly and show you how to fix those things. I've been shooting for years and have a military background. On a flat range I am a pretty good shooter. The amount I leveled up from this past weekend is truly remarkable. My son who attended with me is starting a police academy in the beginning of the year and had almost no experience going into the training at Paramount. The instructors took the time to give him the instruction to give him an awesome base upon which to build. They had him shooting very accurately and with confidence by the end of the weekend. I couldn't recommend Paramount Tactical Solutions enough to anyone who is looking to become a better shooter or learn medical. The gym offers a comprehensive schedule so it's easy to find time slots that fit into your day, and the wide variety of people there keep every roll interesting.
