Food service timing was also very poor -- food that was agreed to come out over ~20 minutes took closer to 1 hour, which disrupted the flow of the event and resulted in a large amount of food going to waste. We had also specifically requested clear vegetarian/non-vegetarian labelling beforehand, but on the night food and labels were mixed up, causing confusion for guests. Most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterwards despite multiple attempts to resolve things professionally.

It is always busy and buzzing with satisfied customers and after going there a few times the waiters remember your coffee order and how you like it. Talk about creating customer loyalty!
