Confused at the beginning and the staff wasn't the most open or accommodating. There are two different menus for apparently two different kitchens both upstairs and downstairs. And note that the main entrance is upstairs.
There are table-specific QR codes which you would think is convenient, but after you pay and click submit, you're never sure where in the black hole it goes. After some time, we were saved by some decent food.
Margherita Pizza
The dough is more like bread which is in line with a flavorless pizza. Clearly the most disappointing dish here.
French fries
Accompanied with aioli sauce (looks like mayonnaise) but if that still freaks you out, there is ketchup to grab by the counter. Thick cut fries aren't bad and there's plenty.
Chicken Schnitzel
Very thick and tough batter - make sure you've got your strength to cut through. We chose a nice savory mushroom sauce to go along with it.
Tasmanian Salmon plate
Prepared a shade too stiff otherwise a flavorful dish of a local favourite. Crispy skin to boot, and resting on a healthy kale and couscous salad. There's a light dressing of mustard vinaigrette that works nicely with the salmon fillet.
Aside from a questionable start, the food is the ultimate benefit here but they need to be clear about the ordering process.
That is all. read more
