But the jewelry selection is awesome. Locally made, unique, and great quality! I wanted multiple pieces. Randomly found a top on the sale rack I liked, and as I was wearing a skirt at the time I asked the sales lady to find me any sort of jeans or leggings in my size to try on the top with. She miraculously found me the most perfect fitting and comfy jeans ever- as a tall girl, that's a nearly impossible find! Prices were a little lower than retail for that brand, they offer a rewards program, and the employee was so nice. Rolled it up, put it in the bag and went to the Orcutt location to exchange for something else. I was surprised when the saleswoman said there was a stain on it. It wasn't that there was a small stain, it was the fact that she implied I put the stain there and should have noticed because it was "big" and started questioning me. She took a picture and commented how wrinkled it was and I should have noticed the stain. She was directed to not exchange it. Which, would have been fine except for the rude implication and questioning. I had two tops in my hand to buy whether she was going to accept the exchange or not. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I will never shop here again, and will tell my husband and friends to never get me gift cards or clothes from here again.

Some of the items were offered at really good prices. Others a little bit more. You understand I am certain. One of the owners was there running things and she was awesome! So friendly and helpful. I wish I could end my review here... So we had to exchange one item. After Christmas one item didn't fit for my husband. Oh well, easy fix. Only an easy fix if the store is open. We tried two separate Sundays after 11 am, yet though the store indicated it was supposed to be open, it wasn't. The first time, we were bummed but ok, we will be back. Mind you this store is over a hour away from where we live. On our 2nd try, same result. And that's a head scratcher. So I sent an email to the email listed on the door. I must admit the owner was very quick and returning my letter. They acknowledge that they were closed on that Sunday, but there was some kind of a family issue. ‍. So we are still trying to exchange. A work in progress I guess. But I can say with a surety , this store did have cute items. So there ya go.
