The weather was also clear enough to see the lake, with a dock to walk around and stretch our legs. I didn't see much else to do aside from exploring the lake and whatever other water activities are involved like fishing, kayaking, etc. The restrooms are actual flush toilets with soap and water, and they were pretty clean aside from the hard water stains on the toilet bowl that is inevitable with park bathrooms. Still a better option that pit toilets. Fun Fact: The code name for Intel's 12th gen desktop processors was based on this lake.

For the campground facility I'd say this park checked all the boxes for me. There's natural water body, clean toilet (even with shower, although I didn't use it), and I got to see deers! There's also a convenient store right outside the campground. What I hate was my neighbor. To be specific, the group of people check in later on the 5th of July at the campsites of 66 and 65. I've never seen campers this obnoxious in my life. Not only they arrived late and make a scene, they also kept their boring unseasoned music all the way til almost 1am! Like what kind of etiquette was that? Who raise those people? And they also had kids too. Yeah so besides these annoying neighbor I actually find this campground quite nice.

Two different areas to view Falls. Both muddy. Still bring your rubber boots or old shoes. Several benches, tables and doggie bags. Many visitors bringing their pups for this walk. East hike but prepare for muddy areas and slippery rocks. The view of the falls is divided left and right side. Right side is not as muddy as the left.

There are no stairs, decline can be steep. But for those who can, it's beautiful to see, and an adventure. Make sure to wear good shoes, or take water shoes for wading or swimming. The trail is easy, but getting to the river and views (in all areas) can be difficult due to the rocks.

My kids enjoyed the ziplines and bonus they set it up so I didn't have to pick up my kids to get them on it. There is a sandpit area that always has community toys left over incase you forget to bring your own. A walking trail around the park as well. Parking here is easy and there's 2 different lots with a lot of spaces. The slides can be slippery i've seen babies go down and hit their heads or kids who are wearing certain kinds of material that make them slide insanely fast so definitely keep this in mind if you have babies/toddlers. Public restrooms here as well that are always clean and neat the times i've been. All in all - my family and I love coming to this awesome park!

You can see the sheer amount of creativity, tools and hard work that it takes for this man to make this place what it is. It's truly incredible! Admission is free, but donations are appreciated especially if you are taking pictures. I love the set up for the donations as well. Check it out, it's not only inclusive and fun, but also gives insight to his character. I can't even begin to explain all of his works. There are so many and each one is unique and created so particularly. It's cool to see the range that this guy has. One minute you see something small and cute, and the next you're standing infront of a life sized giraffe. There's even something Rated R in the back, which is quite funny and hidden from the eyes of children. This sculpture park is something special and you'd be mad to pass it up.

Last time I visited was in the summer when the water had really receded. It was lovely, but dry…read more This current visit was in the winter so the tide was high. We walked down to the beach and my niece had a fun time scooping up sea life from the sand and she found things like baby crab legs and shellfish so we got to talk about what was in the water. People were kinda standing around or taking pictures since Mt. Rainier is in the distance, since there's nowhere to sit to relax. There are lots of signs telling you to respect private property, so I imagine the residents get frustrated when people wander over the line, but that's what you get if your property is right next to a state park. The path over was nice, with netting on slippery spots and there are a couple of Pokemon Gyms and Pokestops so its a pretty good place to play. Just be mindful that they require you to carry your trash out of the park with you, so there's nowhere to leave your dog poop bags if your pup does his business. We obediently took our stuff with us, but I wonder how many people don't honor the request.
