Right Way Concrete was recommended by a family member. Their estimate appeared reasonable and I hired them. Throughout the tenure of their job I was personally watching them. From the preparation of the base to final aggregate concrete finishing I was more than satisfied. Evidently, there was much more work in the removing & levelling of the existing concrete but the owner Shamsheer never asked for additional payment. For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had.
