So I went there with my new pair of earrings which got damaged due to my carelessness while traveling. I called them before going to the store. The guy over there told me it can be fixed, but first, they need to see it. He also told me it can be fixed either the same day or in 2 or 3 days depending upon the size of the damage. When I went there, the lady at the counter was so kind, she heard me patiently and called the other guy to fix my earring while taking all the precautions. It got fixed during the same visit. Frustrating experience. I don't know if the jewelry is good or well priced but the service was bad. I drove there from far away to buy bangals. Hours online were 6:30pm. I got there at 5:50. Door is locked. Someone (Nitin?) Came to the door and told me they were closed. There's a neon sign with OPEN lit next to me. Hours on the door say 7:30. There's literally someone in there buying jewelry. I tell Nitin I know exactly what I want, that it's a gift for someone leaving town tomorrow, can I please just buy it. No dice. "Sorry we're closed." I point to the open sign and hours. "Sorry we're closed." EDIT, to be fair he did say "we're appointment only" after telling me several times they are closed. And I see on Yelp now "by appointment only". Still I feel like he could easily have helped me and I was ready to pay $$. Update #2: thanks for the kind reply and offer. No need for the voucher, I appreciate the thought. It would have been nice to be helped while I was there because it seemed very easy for you to do. And it seems a bit disengenuous to say COVID was the concern, I had a mask on, I'm vaccinated, and I would have happily waited for the other customer to leave before I entered. But it's OK. The lady at the front would not show us a single item, and looks frustrated the whole time. She didn't even want us to touch the jewelry, she kept the jewelry under the glass.
