John Otto and Quinton were very helpful and informative and did a great job installing new motion detectors, motion detectors, and glass break detectors as well as a nice new digital alarm control panel. They even brought us breakfast when they came to do the installation. John and Quinton did very neat and competent work and left no mess. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. We were also set up with access to Alarm.com for monitoring and control of our home alarm system. John also spent a great deal of time discussing other options for our home including thermostat and lock controls and lighting control that would interact with our smoke alarms in the even of a fire. We were discouraged from purchasing things and spending money for features that were felt to be of little value in maximizing our home security, which I deeply appreciated. That kind of behavior really builds trust with me. John and Quinton came out on a follow up visit to help us with a malfunctioning camera that they didn't even install, which I really appreciated, and indulged my incessant questions and chatter.
