I made my returns a bit complicated on my end and I was told, "we'll be here all day" with a warm chuckle. The female owner from whom I remember years ago was kind and asked if I needed any help lol. I wish this was within my route of going to UPS as I feel I would always have a good giggle and leave with a good mood. The employees have actually been pretty nice to me each time I've gone in here. Like they actually enjoy their job. The service efficiency is so so. Sometimes they're quick and other times they're not but it's usually due to a customer needing extra assistance. I don't ever buy any packaging material at the store though because it's always so expensive. I do like where they're located as it's the closest one to me and I hope they don't ever move further south.

They were not finding the email and the customer was getting a little bit tense and she stayed perfectly calm and they figured it out. She was super nice and friendly with us and by the time she got to us, we were in and out in less than two minutes She was courteous and polite. The second time they made me some banners and every time I receive superior service. They're well priced and the quality of work is top notch. All the work was performed in a timely manner. I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.

Not only did the employee charge me full price, but she needed my name, address, email address, phone #, etc... For $2 worth of copies?!?! What is wrong with this?!?! What a waste of my time! I know that you want that information for marketing/SPAMing me. No thank you. Price - 29¢ a copy; expensive since your self service machine can NOT read my USB. I should be charged the 20¢ price. But not going to debate with an employee for 60¢ of over charging... I was nervous that if I sourced locally the cost for 25 flyers would go up significantly. Either way I called Reno Type and was pleasantly attended by Charles who took all my information down and helped me through the whole process We started an email conversation as there were details that had to be exchanged. Turnaround time was about a day and a half- amazing. And they were able to provide me with the square size I needed at a fair price. When I got to the store to pick the flyers I got to meet Charles which was very nice since I got to thank him in person.
