It was evident that the promised quality assurance and attention to detail were completely absent. ​Furthermore, Involving Digitals broke key terms of our contract, including milestones and deliverables. The lack of accountability and communication was unprofessional and resulted in significant project delays and frustration. Due to the severity of these issues and concerns about potential identity theft, the company has also been reported to the FBI's Computer Fraud Department. ​I would advise potential clients to be very cautious when considering this company for their digital needs.
