I paid an additional $100 (package of 5) for pick-up and drop-off service for each of my lessons, but I was often left feeling like I was inconveniencing the company rather than receiving a service I paid for. The front office would provide time slots to choose from, and I would often select early morning appointments. However, those appointments frequently became an issue because the instructor would arrive late. The explanation I received was usually that I "live far" or that "there was traffic." One time there was no communication and I was left waiting outside and had to call in, While I understand delays can happen, this became a repeated pattern and should have been accounted for when scheduling appointments as I choose from the times provided not those of my own. The lack of communication also carried over into my road test scheduling. Initially, I was told I would be picked up and dropped off, but later I was informed that I would need to come into the office instead. I still had a pick-up/drop-off service remaining that should be refunded (it was after I called in weeks after failing my road test) The scheduling around my final lesson and road test was also poorly handled. I scheduled a time over the phone I and was told to come in at 10:00 AM. This later changed through a Google alert that I was to now come in at 9:00 AM on the day of my last lesson and road test. When I received a call around 9:02 AM asking where I was, I explained that I had been told 10:00 AM. The response was simply an apology, but I was still expected to arrive by 9:15 AM. I arrived around 9:10 AM, only to sit and wait. At 9:25 AM I was still waiting for my instructor to begin my lesson as he was just coming in for the day and I still had to wait for him to go and get the car we'd be using. My lesson ended around 10:29 AM, and when I returned to the office, I was told I would be taken to my next appointment at 11:30 AM and would return around 3:00 PM. None of this was communicated ahead of time so I would've been better prepared, I also did not even have a clear understanding of my road test time to which I later asked and was told it was for 1:00 PM. Me and the other person who took their test as well also failed that day ! Riding back during heavy traffic. I asked driver who was taking us back to the office was there anything else that needed to be done, as he would be passing near my area and it would be a closer commute if I got out along the way. He said no it wasn't we were waiting on my results and I'd get a call from the office and I was free to get out just let him know where. I started writing this review while sitting in the waiting room of the company because of the frustration caused by the lack of organization and communication. A driving school should provide structure, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by inconsistent scheduling, poor communication, and an overall lack of consideration for the customer's time. I paid for something and literally left with nothing, not even an offer to reschedule my exam or anything as no one ever reached out.

I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole.
