I would give zero stars! I usually come to this place but today I got someone I've never seen so I am not sure if management changed or what, but I will not be back!!!! I paid $70 for someone to vigorously rub (not massage) lotion / oil on me. It's wasn't relaxing in the slightest. No discretion for my body, exposing (even when I pulled the towel back over) me. I personally am not a fan of hot stones, they usually ask, however this lady did not and it wasn't even a true hot stone portion. Instead she warmed her hands with the stone to rub me and then once the only rock she had was cool she vigorously rubbed the one stone all over my body. It wasn't a full hour 10 min short. She demanded a tip when I was leaving, which I usually do tip but today I wasn't going to as it was that bad of an experience. My advice for lookers go somewhere else where the actually massage and you get your monies worth. Somewhere where tension is released and they know what they're doing. My advice for this business. You need to actually massage and work the muscles. Go get certified! Slow down to provide a relaxing experience and truly get in and work those muscles. Use discretion so you're not fully exposing the person. And if you don't know what a hot stones massage is or how to use them don't - and ask IF the person even wants that. read more

Came in as a walk in frost time here and the customer service here is completely ridiculous. Don't speak any English and on top of that expect you to pay upfront before service which does not make sense at all. There prices here for a massage are crazy. Best deep tissue massage I've ever had. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work so the massage definitely helps. Peaceful and kind environment

I had been going to No. 1 Massage for years to see the therapist named Wendy. Her massages were very professional and relaxing. The pandemic hit and I had not had a massage for 3 years. I went a year ago and was told that Wendy was no longer there, and a man massaged me, even though I prefer to be massaged by a woman (since I am a woman). The first time he massaged me I left happy. The second time I went, everything seemed to start out well until the end. While on my back the man was coming very close to my breasts. He rubbed the sides of my breasts but for some reason I gave him the benefit of the doubt and did not say anything. THEN, he said, "Roll over sister" and when he lifted the towel, he lifted it ALL the way off of me so he could watch me turn over. THEN he pulled my legs apart and climbed up on the table in between them and massaged the front of my thighs. I now understand how ridiculously stupid I was to not just leave right then, but I was literally in disbelief and thought maybe, just maybe, this was again part of the massage. It was not until I got home and told my husband who said, "That was totally inappropriate, and you should have said something!" I didn't because I just could not believe that a massage business would enlist a male masseuse that gets fresh with their customers. I suppose I am lucky I was not raped. It is sad because I used to like going here especially since it is so close to where I live. read more
