Joyce is a joke... Do not use this facility for any help. She is inappropriate on many occasions And abusive herself. I have an adult mandated by the courts to attend her classes. He is disabled by law standers and because I paid his fees due to being out of work himself she tells him he is pathetic! She is lucky I don't have the funds to sue her. She has yelled at his mother when she tried to pick him up not aware they had double the classes that day. They conducted 20 men in one room with the Coronavirus active. If i could give no stars i would! She takes your money and kicks you out of class then adds time on so she can take more of your money or she terminates you so you go back to jail. Shes not helping she's hurting! For people who can't read or write very good there is no help. She says call the coaches but they never answer, she says call her but she's not in office?! And the homework is always done but according to her it's not up to her standards so she won't turn it into the judge she gives it back and kicks you out! It's crazy just yesterday about 4 people got kicked out upon entry for random reasons. A friend of mine is not allowed to come in his work clothes or she'll kicks him out yet he works 6 days a week and he doesnt get off till after the class is over so how is he supposed to change shower ect before getting to her only for her to kick him out. Then he has to make it back to work it's crazy what they expect! Now if he didn't have a job they would be all over him about how he needs to get one ect. Where's the logic? Who do you go to when the people that are supposed to help are the ones hurting you? All im saying is she needs to be investigated and a different program for people struggling should come into play, if not what's the point you're not getting through to some people isn't that the point of this class!? read more

Recently showed up on time, voluntarily (not court ordered to be here) and Joyce told me I should have been there five minutes early and rudely yelled at me through the glass door and refused to unlock it. I drove 2 hours from Palm Bay in the rain to get there. I even avoided a large accident involving a semi on 528 by taking a different route. Several guys who were right behind me started having a panic attack immediately and one vomited due to having to go back to jail. Thankfully I am here on my own, and therefore I have no consequences but I wanted to post this review so that no one ever goes here since even being on time is not good enough. Save your money and go anywhere else. Especially if your freedom rides on these classes. Going here will guarantee you go to jail. You might as well turn yourself in. Apparently these people like to play a game called moving the goal posts. They probably have a personal vendetta against batterers and to that I have nothing else to say. I am trying and that's all I can do. They also lie about their sliding scale. You could be homeless and you're still paying 55$ to take these courses. They know that your freedom is riding on them and so you'll pay whatever. Also, there are only FOUR parking spaces. And three people work there. You have to park illegally or walk half a mile to get there. Just plan for that too. Also plan for the homework they give you because if you don't do it I've heard you're getting kicked out as well and for most guys that means back to jail you go. These women who work here enjoy watching you cry because you're freedom is gone. Best of luck. read more
