Now as for Muay Thai, Coach Riley is a fantastic instructor. He always takes the time to answer questions and help you with anything you need. All of my fellow adult muay Thai trainees are also great people. I was really out of my comfort zone when I first started, but everyone was so nice and willing to meet you were you were and help you that I felt really encouraged from day 1. Thats the kind of environment coach Riley has created in class. This program is such a confidence, not to mention fitness (it is WORK!), booster. I highly recommend it.
