The staff is friendly and they have a lot of space for parties and gatherings. They offer bowling, live music, and assorted activities out side. It was raining so I was unable to see them all. The Band was wonderful, not to loud where you couldn't speak at the table. Great music and a huge dance floor which was full. Will go back for this half of the restaurant. The Burger, I asked for the Fries to be cooked extra crispy, they came out cooked normal. I picked one up and it sagged. I showed our server and she did not hesitate try tomake it right. She came back in a few minutes and started the cook (kitchen manager Ben) said they came out crispy and was not going to fix it. Morgan offered to just put in another order and see if she could get it cooked right. Putting another order means some is paying for it.she said she would take care of it she wanted us to enjoy our visit. She should not have to pay for it. I asked for a manager, Kayla (the lead server) came over. Kayla was very professional and I showed her the fries. She went back to talk to Ben and he said they cook them for 3 min, crispy is 3:45 minutes. I asked for 5 min. He refused saying he would not send out food that was not cooked right... All this just for crispy fries! Kayla again very professional and should be promoted to a Manger position! She got Ben to cook the fries, they said 5 mins but only a few on top were crispy the ones under still soft. This all took 20 minutes going back and forth. The Burger itself was very good. Get the burger but don't ask for crispy fries! Now with this being said both the potatoes were lukewarm warm as well as the soup! Having the issue with Ben on fries they decided not to say anything and took most of the potatoes to go. The Club, I was told was good. To the owner: I understand standards for cooking food but If your patron is asking food to be cooked a certain way it helps if the kitchen Manager tries to accommodate. Like if a person wants a steak cooked well and the cook says no he only cooks it medium. Not good! If you have read this far I always want to end on a good note. This is a nice place I will go back to. The Beer is cold the music is great and the wait staff is excellent. Ask for Morgan or Kayla when you go in. The crowd is diverse so anyone can fit in and not feel left out. The place was spotted with several arcade games, lounges, a dancing hall and a private pool game room. In the back, they had a patio and a speaker outside blasting the same playlist as the music inside. There are several bartenders helping new people all around and lots of people are having a grand ol' time! Halloween was just around the corner, and I loved spotting the spooky holiday decor. While I was riding, the adult go kart ahead of me had a missing gas cap and some gas was spilling on ground ahead of me. On another race, they had to stop the race 3 times because my son's go kart stalled out. The last time, they just drove out a backup kart for him to ride to finish the heat. Obviously they aren't in the best condition, but it was still fun. I can't comment on the other activities they have but I guess if this is the only place around, it's better than nothing.
