I lost the key for my bicycle lock but they had an extra key, so I was grateful to still be able to access the bicycle. Rentals are until 5.30lm each day, so if you want to ride in the evening, you'll need to pay for another day's rental. I paid EUR10 for the missing key. The bicycles are high quality Drahtesel bicycles which retail for EUR1,750 each. They are sturdy and ride very smoothly. You can park your bicycle in their indoor bicycle parking stations for EUR1 for up to 24 hours per bicycle.
