I received an email confirmation for my appointment immediately and a reminder 16 hours in advance of the appointment. We had all windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out, and they look immaculate. Literally, sparkling! The results are flawless. Bryce came bang on time, took as long as he thought he would, charged what we had arranged, brought his own water and cleaning supplies, and he was both thorough and fast. Also, very professional and friendly. We had painters also, and I'm grateful for how patiently he worked around them. I can not recommend this firm enough: My only regret is that I didn't find Brite-Way sooner, especially because I also - icing on the cake! - found the price for their excellent service very, very reasonable.

So I hastily made a second call to the one which seemed closest to my house, Revelation Window Cleaning. What a serendipitous call that was! I scheduled it for three days ago. But due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, I reluctantly canceled my appt at the last minute. Revelation was MOST gracious about my cancellation and rescheduled me for today. Jacob arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient. But the best part of the experience was how sparkly clean my 45-year-old windows looked after he was done! They were so clean, they had to be touched to know they were even there. Every room looked lighter and brighter. God said, "Let there be light!" And there was light. And it was very, very good. We realized that you need to clean them every so often (the rain does not do it) so they are sparkly and the production really does go up. Revelation is always quick to reply, courteous and does a great job. They always take before and after photos for us and even drove back to clean a second floor window that somehow got water splattered on it while they cleaned the panels on our roof.
