This location is ok at best. I do see that there are multiple things under construction and my provider informed me that they are extending the space and adding more things like a pharmacy and something I else I don't recall. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment which was at 845a. I was not called back until about 905a. My provider came in around 920a and no one ever told me that they were behind. So my 15 minute appointment turned into an hour long visit mostly waiting to be called and waiting to be seen. I guess it was busy or something, IDK. The lady at the from desk was nice so nothing to complain about there. I prefer the Palomino location . But my provider is here so here I am. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this office has been beyond frustrating to deal with. The doctor repeatedly cancels appointments, often with little notice, making it nearly impossible to receive consistent care. Patients rearrange work schedules and personal commitments only to have appointments canceled again and again. On top of that, the front desk staff is extremely unhelpful and disorganized. Simple questions are met with confusion, inconsistent information, or no real assistance at all. It often feels like no one knows what's going on, which only adds to the stress and frustration of dealing with this office. Good healthcare starts with professionalism, communication, and respect for patients' time, and unfortunately this office consistently falls short in all three areas. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable care. read more

PCP was great in explaining things however the front desk ladies have disgusting attitudes when it comes to doing their jobs 0/10 will be contacting /emailing you guys directly just a heads up for any new customers! Leslie at the front desk was awful. Horrible experience from the second I walked in. The man working in the lab room was a larger man and had a sassy attitude made me type my own name cause he was being lazy. Then I get to the front desk the lady isn't even at the desk she's a good 20 feet behind it yelling across the room asking for my info and who I'm here to see my dob etc infront of a lobby full of people. Mind you I was here for VITALS AND DRUG TEST. Took over 40 minutes to be seen and I asked what is taking so long she said oh I sent it to the wrong department??? What the hell is going on and who is running this establishment? Her name is Leslie. She not only embarrassed me but she made me feel like my care was not important. No reason I should have waited this long to take my blood pressure. WILL never be back here. read more

Even though office staff has admitted to making a mistake in making the appointment I was refused to be seen by Dr Rahman . Very poor Patient customer service . I've been going to NOAH for years. I switched to midtown a couple years ago and man....Things went downhill. My wife and I recently scheduled physicals and I got NOT a single aspect of a physical while my wife got barely any. We're also used to 45-60 minutes for something like that. Good thing considering the doctor hardly did anything. The medical staff is hit or miss on apparent competance. There was this issue, there's another couple people I had seen who had no obvious clue as to what was going on. It is also annoying that it's hit or miss on keeping the meds and overrides straight, the refurrals take forever and the scheduling staff is a coin toss wheither or not they'll cool or complete a-holes when your calling in due to needing to make an appointment. It's gone downhill since I first started and it makes me sad. read more

I have never had a negative experience at this office in my 10+ years of visiting for care, so seeing other negative reviews saddens me. Staff has always been very professional, respectful and kind. However, I do agree with being frustrated about the extremely long lead time to get an appointment. When new systems are being implemented to achieve efficiencies (e.g. centralized call center), I encourage NOAH corporate to remember that these systems are also part of delivering care and that they can very much negate the positive attributes of the actual medical care. Please take people's critiques seriously and re-evaluate the call-in system to mitigate its inherent gatekeeping sterility. My long time primary care physician with NOAH recently retired. I saw Dr. Jackie Doris for my annual wellness visit. Upon arrival I was pleased to note that the office is well set up with COVID-19 protocols, including spaced & regularly sanitized seating in the waiting area, plexiglass barriers, masked staff and plenty of sanitizing of surfaces and hand washing by medical personnel. While filling out paperwork to update my profile, I was pleased to note that this is my first medical provider where the questionnaire asks about sexual orientation and gender identity. This seemingly small change to the form is a welcome piece of inclusivity which I hope is manifested through all levels of care NOAH provides. Marisela is Dr. Doris' medical assistant. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Doris saw me promptly and asked about all aspects of my health (pap smear, mammogram, mental health, nutrition and very important for an Arizona resident, my skin/dermatology health). She listened to my questions and concerns and was able to address them. I am always pleased with this location's in-house Sonora Quest satellite where I can get my blood drawn before leaving the clinic.* This is a great convenience since getting lab work done does not necessitate another trip and more time away from work. *NOTE: Use of the lab services is limited to orders received from NOAH medical staff. It is not open for general public use. The model NOAH appears to be following is a holistic one where they work to ensure there are no gaps in what's needed to attend to your overall health. Thank you to all the on-site personnel. NOAH, please listen to the disappointments of people who feel their access to care and the care itself has been obstructed. read more

My father is 90 years old and I am responsible for his care. It took multiple visits to their office to get them to release info to me. Even now they are not quite sure if I can receive information. As far as Prescriptions go, they are a nightmare. The website that they just put up often does not allow me to request a perscription. When I call, they seem like they know what they are doing, but often drop the ball. My father is supposed to take a pill twice a day, but their prescription is only for 15 days with no refills. This means that I have to do battle with them every other week. Some of the people are nice but others are indifferent and occasionally even hostile. Stay away! read more

This place is a mixed bag depending on who you get. The front desk staff and security are nice. However, I've had a male nurse make a joke about my weight here, as well as an incompetent doctor. Dr. Miller for example, was very dismissive of my concerns because of my age. It seems like once her mind was set, she was dying to get out of that room as fast as possible. I am still in pain today with no resolution thanks to her. On the other hand, Dr. Deborah was a joy and heard out my concerns. Like I said, really depends on who you get. read more

This clinic currently has a 2.6 rating and that is generous. If you are looking for quality care, look elsewere. My daughter has been waiting for a referral for over a month and was told it will be at least another 2 weeks.She will consequently have to wait even longer to see a specialist. The staff here has a I don't care attitude, hence the sign that says "be nice to our employees". Control your own well being and find medical care that is there to serve the patient. I have been coming to this location for many years. It has changed names many times and each time it feels like the quality and service keep deteriorating. I saw the nurse practitioner last week and made a follow up appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked what was happening and was told that to see her was a first come, first serve basis, and that they couldn't honor my appointment time. The lady at the front desk said that someone should have told me that, and that she would see how long it was going to take, but she never followed up with me. I finally got in after an hour of waiting. I did contemplate leaving, but I wanted to get the appointment over with and not have to figure out where else to go. The nurse practitioner here is very thorough and I feel very comfortable with her. I notice I feel sad that I can no longer make an appointment with her. I like the closeness of this location to my home, but every time I come here, I notice I leave saying that I don't want to ever come back. I think this time I'm finally going to make the change. read more

I went to visit Dr. Paul Dillaway DO on 3/23/2022 for my second visit as a follow-up to my visit in 2021 for an annual visit/physical. We did all the usual tests and he asked what medications I was taking. I explained that I am taking a new medication for male pattern baldness that was prescribed by a different doctor. After that visit, I recieved a bill in the mail paying for his "Diagnosis" of my male pattern baldness, which HE DID NOT DIAGNOSE, BUT CHARGED ME FOR A DIAGNOSIS AS IS HE DID ANYWAYS. I went around in circles and with my insurance and NOAH, but NOAH & Dr. Dillaway refused to change the visit notes, lied about what occured in the exam and demanded that I pay for a service they did not perform. Healthcare is expensive enough as it is without greedy providers overstating their services rendered and defrauding patients/insurance companies. Never coming here again and advise others to do the same. read more

Worst medical service I'd been never know. Time ago was good, as soon as they change to NOAH, became the worst service. To get an appointment have to wait 20 days. My son have starts to get a headache when we waiting for the doctor, and told the front desk if they can only check the temperature, so, My could day waiting for someone to help. My son starts to crying cause the headache, asume was fever, but they didn't care about it... I have to leave running to emergencies, and they didn't do anything, I was asked just for checking temperature to be sure, meningitis is so dangerous. If you like communication, don't bother going here, it's not in the vocabulary! This place has been a complete nightmare when it comes to referrals, communication to me and to each other. When it comes to referrals, I was the one that had to contact my insurance carrier and find people that can treat me. They're so called referral team sucks.. you can leave messages in the MyChart app and get absolutely no communication back. It's been a nightmare to say the least.. This has been my primary doctors location for many years. In the past I could get in to see Dr.Woellner within 2 days. Today I was told by the answering service next Tuesday is the soonest available appointment. That's 8 days out. I have the flu and just wanted the same care my Dr offers to get me well and back to work. I took an appointment with the next available Dr, and was told to take Tylenol and Mucinex. I wondered where the standard of care had gone, and why this office has changed so drastically. The paperwork given showed Noah, Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health. It felt like a waste of an afternoon, and feel really bummed that my Honor Health Arcadia is a thing of the past. I'm all for sharing a wonderful Dr, it would just be nice if they left a time slot or two available to repeat patients to see the Dr you have built a history with. read more

The experience I received at this center was amazing. The environment was clean, sanitized and very comfortable. I went initially to get help quitting smoking but my appointments continued after we discovered I was in need of a serious mind shift. Tib took the time to help me see much deeper than my addiction and I feel like we really dug out some deep rooted trauma that kept bringing me back to addictions. Her spiritual approach and multi detentional therapy was a life saver for me and I would highly recommend her service to anyone looking for emotional healing. read more

The service i received from this clinic was absolutely terrible. I will never be returning here and HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you don't come to Noah Midtown. I was taken back and waited 30-40 min just for the doctor to say hello. I went to see Dr. Hannah Gambage and the attitude of that doctor has no place in the medical field. I came to the clinic regarding a severe itch and she told me there was nothing they can do about it and can only give me a anti-itch medication. I asked if they could do anything to find the root of my problem since I've been dealing with it for 3 months and she said no. I then asked can I be referred to a dermatologist and she told me it would take 30 days just to receive an initial phone call from the dermatologist to make my appointment. As she left the room after talking to me for a total of 5 min she shock her head and mocked my words to her PA as the door shut. AGAIN NEVER EVER COME HERE. I have never experienced such poor service at a medical center. I've been dealing with this itch for so long and hoped coming to the doctor would help me find a solution but instead she had nothing to offer me. SHE IS A TERRIBLE PHYSICIAN AND DOESN'T NEED A LICENSE BECAUSE SHE OFFERS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP TO HER PATIENTS AND LAUGHS AT THEIR MEDICAL CONDITIONS. This does not include the staff who are physically work at Midtown Health Center aka Honor Health, ( used to be Honor Health and Arcadia Family Clinic). Ever since Noah took over this location 24th and Indian School. Calls are now answered in a call center, one can no longer call their MA *( Medical Assistance)through their extension. When one calls the call center, they will not transfer you unless you have a very good reason. I do not like the new phone system, nor making appointment's. No longer get reminders of confirming appointments, neither by email nor by phone. Not human friendly at all, Too many options to get to someone via the call center..and not able to leave messages with your provider and the MA . Please go back to the old way when Honor Health and Arcadia Family clinic had a great phone system.i would like to call a place where i am actually calling the location and not somewhere else read more
