What a great find. We were headed out of town and needed breakfast and during my search i found this place and I'm so happy I did. This place is very popular with customers in and out the entire time I was there. They offer a variety of bagel options and made to order sandwiches. Quick bite in the morning and was craving a lox bagel! It was so packed inside so it took awhile to order. The staff seemed stressed and tired. It was messy inside unfortunately. We had to wait awhile for our two bagel sandwiches. Once we got them though, they have some tables outside that we went to. The lox bagel was great. Went in on a Wednesday around noon. I ordered ahead on the app so it would be ready at a certain time and also because I had a free birthday bagel with purchase as a rewards member. I purchased a hot chocolate and got the almost $11 double stacked brisket bagel sandwich for free. It was a wondeful deal but I'd never pay that price without the reward. The bagel sandwich was delicious. It took the employees over a minute to acknowledge and assist my self and one other patron, the store was empty aside from us, so service wasn't top notch. Normally I door dash from Noah's NY Bagels for their Farmhouse Egg Sandwich on an Asiago Bagel with two eggs. I'm obsessed with it for the Shmear and it always comes fresh and delicious. I figured i'd come by and see what the place is like! It's on a busy street in downtown Burbank and only has 20 minute parking out front. Otherwise, it's a bit of walking from the parking garage or street parking. The store is really cute inside, but does not allow for indoor seating. They have some outdoor tables out front so that is the only seating option. It was a little hectic inside with the amount of people picking up orders and such. Employees were friendly, there were many of them working. I think I would prefer ordering it rather than eating there. read more

Stopped by Noah's NY bagels yesterday for my birthday and was shocked at how delicious the bagel sandwiches were. I got the avocado breakfast sandwich with bacon, tomato, and chipotle sauce and it did not disappoint. The sandwhiches are really big and filling! The bagel was my favorite part as I switched to an Asiago one. It was so fresh and full of flavor. There are SO many bagels to choose from. My fiance got a farmhouse with 2 eggs and my dad a Lox. I would recommend people to come try Noah's. They are open from 5am-2pm so come by early as they can get busy. Oh man. This location was really busy @6 am. Glad I placed an online order. My order was ready by the time I got there. I was helped by a nice lady. She was friendly and patient with the customer especially for being too early in the morning. Their bagels are the best ones in town. I really like their flavored cheese. They have a variety of bagels to order. You can order box or individual ones. The convent thing about Noah's bagel is that they open early in the morning. Parking is plenty but in a garage so there's a short walk We got a hot pastrami bagel and sesame bagel along with latte and caramel macchiato. They said you get what you pay for. For me, pastrami could have some more meat for $9. Overall, it's still delicious. Oh and it's still hot like coming out of the oven hot. It's better eaten hot. Sesame bagel with cream cheese is good too. I mean it's bagel with sesame seed. Can't go wrong with that. As for coffee, it costs more than the bagel but it's good. We came upon this place after visiting a local Starbucks. The waiting area was packed so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a plain bagel and a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The service was ok. We waited close to ten minutes for our order. I do wish that there was some extra care in verifying what was ordered before putting orders together (ex: we ordered strawberry cream cheese and were given plain). I found this place because a coworker brought them to work and I fell in love with the jalapeños cheddar bagel. We got there about 10:30am and all the bagels were in stock accept for the jalapeño cheddar. They had two trays of it in display but it was all gone. Luckily, I saw some fresh ones behind the cashier. There were only a couple of people in front of us. The cashier asked if we wanted our bagels now or with our order and I said with our order. After we placed our order, there were at least five or more people behind us. It didn't take too long to receive our order. They called out the name "Michael" and I'm like my name is Michelle but maybe they don't know how to pronounce it. Sure enough, the name Michael was on the receipt. I looked inside the bag and saw the three sandwiches but not the three plain bagels. It took forever to get someone's attention even though there were at least half a dozen people working. They took the bag of sandwiches back then came back with the three bagels in the same bag. There's no reason to take the bag back when all they had to do was give me my three bagels in another bag. I didn't see the extra jalapeño cheddar bagel in the bag or on the receipt so I went back in line to order two of them. I told the cashier that she didn't take my order for the jalapeño cheddar and she asked if it was on the receipt and I said no. Overall, the staff needs to be trained in customer service and be more attentive to their customers. The cashier needs to go over the items that we ordered to make sure they didn't miss anything. They made my experience very inconvenient due to lack of quality control. The food was good but it got cold due to their poor customer service. The ambience was spacious and clean. Now my reason for 3 stars is the fact that these are supposed to be NY style bagels & yet they're nothing alike. They were thin & sad bagels! They had no weight to them & the flavors did not pop. I expected a dense and flavorful bagel. Their spread is something they hyped up as well and it was okay, it tasted like whipped Philadelphia cream cheese. I stopped by this Noah Bagel this morning to get a bagel for myself and my wife. I was in the area since I had to pick up something for work. So I decided to stop by this place to get a bagel. I parked on the street where Orange Grove Ave is because it's a 10min parking zone. If you try to park on San Fernando Blvd then you might get stuck in the traffic but there are parking structure around as well. When I came after 10am, they weren't as busy. I was able to walk in and get the Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel for my wife along with a Blueberry Bagel for myself. I asked that the cream cheese is on the side because they will put a lot on the bagel if you dont tell them and I asked for our bagel to be toasted. It didn't take long for my bagel to be ready and I took it home to eat. My blueberry bagel was delicious with the cream cheese and my wife loved her cheddar jalapenos bagel. He got some bagels for the road that was super oily... Way more than I've ever seen O.O not sure if it was drenched and dipped in butter, oil, and a wash but it was epic in a not-so-epic way. Since they seem to have only one active toaster this definitely creates a slower pace. Even arriving on a Saturday with virtually no line and a simple order it makes very little difference... Expect a 15-minute wait at least but closer to 30. The pickup orders are usually ready to go by the time you arrive and they have quite a few coming out. Parking in Downtown Burbank is pretty abundant, you can even get lucky with a spot on San Fernando Blvd or Palm Ave, if not there are parking garages close by. So the staff did seem to be working hard. Can come off as dismissive and very curt but it was my first time and I definitely took my time to order but they seemed to be ok with it. I apologized for taking so long and they understood. They got my order correct and my bagel was very goood! I loved the spread on there I wish they were a bit more generous with the ratio of spread to bagel. But overall the service was quick and correct. It seemed like your any standard bagel shop.
