Both of our dogs love going there, which given that one of them is a seriously hard to please Airedale, is really saying something! When we asked Sylvia the owner, she had no idea that this happened to my dog and blame my dog of not knowing how to play. I understand that accidents happen, especially when dogs are together. However I find unacceptable that I was not informed or the owner had no idea that this happened to my dog. Worse part is that she blame the dog instead of taking responsabilit I noticed that you changed your extensive answer to my post, since you know that what you are posting here is not what your text messages stated. You didn't request vet bills or pictures. You asked me what happened like I had an answer, when you were the responsible party. There are no threats to post a negative feedback in Yelp. I have been taking my 12-yr old Bichon Frise to Noah's Bark Dog Daycare for almost a year and I am nothing short of satisfied with the amount of care and the quality of service they provide to my dog. My Mini Aussie Maya loves going here. I moved to mountain view recently but still make the trip here at least once every week since Maya loves this place. I love this daycare so much that I feel the need to leave an updated review! Our dogs still go to Noah's bark several times a week, and are boarded here during our long trips or weekend trips as well. They always come back happy, healthy and tired! (Very important with two active dog breeds). We also supplement with another daycare closer to our home for convenience, but our Aussie and our husky do not seem nearly as excited or happy about going there, and are far less tired when they return home. There are too many dogs and not a large outdoor space at the other daycare, which are some of the huge reasons why we love Noah's. Sylvia and James are great with the dogs. Sometimes the dogs will come up with scratches or scabs, but when a dog is playing with 10 other dogs all day I would expect it to happen, and am pleasantly surprised that they have never had a serious issue with our pups in the 8+ months we've been using Noah's bark. Sylvia is always very open and honest with the dogs behavior during their stay, and is quick to answer any questions or concerns we have. This review comes with a HUGE recommendation. As someone who has tried 5+ daycares for my dogs over the last two years, this is hands down the best one we have found. read more

This place is amazing. Ive taken my dog since I got him 3 months ago and he loves it. The owner clearly knows what they are doing and it shows with the progress my dog has made. He understands how to play, but not too rough(he's a 40lb Australia Heeler/Pit). The parking is a bit difficult at times, but they've even brought my dog to me to prevent me circling around. Sylvia and James cared for my two Maltese mix girls while I attended Worldcon 76. Her place is warm, welcoming, and safe with a substantial backyard. Best of all it was only 1.2 miles from the Convention Center. She offers day care and overnight boarding. She takes limited numbers so it's not a mob of dogs, and separates the little ones from the large. She's flexible so the girls stayed with her the two nights I was up late (Hugo Awards!). Love love love this place. My dogs and I got displaced from our home several months ago, and I needed a daycare for them somewhat urgently. I have a 100 pound lab and a small pit mix. My lab is good with everyone, but my little girl pit is a rescue and can easily get traumatized or overreactive. I am soooo glad we chose Noah's for my dog! We decided to put my dog into daycare to socialize her. we would try dog parks but the other dogs never played with her. I have a 3 year old maltipoo, and she has the worst separation anxiety you can imagine! Sylvia and her husband gave me a tour of the facility (super clean) the backyard is huge and it looks very secure so they can't run out. Sylvia talked us through everything they do with the dogs throughout the day. We went to look at two other facilities after but we were pretty much set on this place once we left. We take our dog once a week just for fun and at first she was nervous , but like by her 3rd visit she can't wait to get inside and play with her friends! It feels so good knowing my dog is happy and well cared for, you can tell they really love what they do and care for all the animals! Plus Sylvia sends us pictures of her playing! I've boarded my dog, Pepper, with Noah's Bark on 4-5 occasions now. Noah's Bark was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I'm so happy that I got the recommendation. Previously, I had been boarding Pepper at a local kennel -- I could tell how distressed he was when I picked him up. He'd whine all the way home. Often, he was covered in urine when I picked him up. When I board him at Noah's Bark, he seems very happy, and he peacefully sleeps in my lap on the way home. He really enjoys playing with the other dogs (video proof sent by Sylvia).
