I've been wanting to come here for forever! I noticed this one just opened up a couple months ago and is the closest location to me They have a private parking lot that they share with a bunch of other places. When I first walked in, Ben greeted me. They have a bunch of delicious looking drinks, but I already knew I wanted their cotton candy dream cloud. Ben was training a new employee on how to make it, Richie. They were both so nice and helpful. We also ordered a swirl ice cream cone. (You give them your name and then they call you when it's ready) The place is adorable inside. Everything is so pink! And the place was pretty clean. They even had the cutest little fluffy cloud lights. I loved the whole vibe and the music they were playing. They have free WiFi and I noticed they had a little area with cups and water that was self serve. And of course, their claw machine games distracted me. But to my surprise I won THREE times! They had some booth / chair combos up against the wall in the back near the claw machine games and then they also had a gorgeous pink couch up front by the register. They have a lot of cute photo op areas. And they had things for sale up at the register like Pokémon cards Overall, I loved this place. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in the area. Everything's spot on! Very nice aesthetic and ice cream is on fatty taste side for a creamy flavor. The ninja was an interesting charcoal black color (fun for kids), while the cotton candy swirl one was surpassingly tasty. The combo of cold ice cream + the fluffy cotton candy was spot on and subtle crunch of fruity pebble cereal. Matcha drinks were very sweet so I'd suggest getting no sugar. We went here to celebrate my birthday even though we were full from the food at Knott's Berry Farm. We ordered the puff with ice cream and I ordered the taro ice cream which is picture. Prices were on the high side, but can understand since it is California. The ice cream overall was great and my wife and I ended up eating the entire thing even though we were so stuffed, but worth it. It was close to the hotel. Located in a plaza shared with many other tenants but there were a couple parking spaces specifically for Nobibi customers which was a nice to have. Many young staff workers who were very friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the Egg Waffle Ice Cream ($8.99) with taro as my ice cream selection. Order took about 8-10 minutes since the egg waffle took a little bit of time to cook. The egg waffle flavor was good but just a tad overcooked as it was pretty crunchy in some areas. Because the egg waffle is extremely hot, the ice cream melts fairly quickly and a puddle of ice cream starts building at the bottom of the cup which is not preferred as the rest of the waffle gets soggy and messy to eat. It wouldn't be as aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but I would probably ask for the items separately next time to avoid the mess. Good amount of customers coming in and out throughout the evening while we were there. Only about 3 low table seating available indoors and 2 high tables. read more

This shop is located across the street from Knotts in a small plaza. I visited to get some ice cream and dalgona coffee and was impressed by how cute/cool the interior is. The fellow working here was very friendly and a pleasant conversationalist. Having previously visited a different location I knew exactly what I wanted - biscoff ice cream and a dalgona brown sugar. The biscoff ice cream is a vanilla soft serve with swirls of caramel sauce and bits of biscoff cookie crumbled throughout, giving a creamy-crunchy texture. A single whole biscoff was included, stuck into the ice cream like a cookie flag claiming its territory. I absolutely love this ice cream treat. The dalgona brown sugar was presented to me with the advice to make sure to stir it up, which you definitely should do. This sweet, cold, coffee drink with boba is so good! I could easily become addicted to it. I drank some of it there and sipped the remainder on my drive home. This is definitely one of my favorite dessert shops. I was excited to learn from the fellow working here about their growth plans and am hoping for more locations closer to where I live in the near future. read more

This place is pretty cute. They also have a some claw machines for entertainment. I got their dream cloud which was a work of art. I see them do so many steps to create this item. I hadn't had cotton candy in awhile, so this was enjoyable. It looks like a bouquet. The staff were friendly and really put a lot of work into the presentation. That's why everything looks amazing. Their soft serve ice cream can melt quickly from the hot weather so make sure to eat it fast. The bubble waffle was very good. They made it fresh and it was hot and chewy. This place took over the former Feng Cha spot. I tried Nobibi about 3 years ago in Chino Hills. Back then I think it was the only location. Now I see that it has expanded quite a bit. It specializes in ice cream (soft serve) and various drinks. So far I tried Dalgona Biscoff Coffee, Red Bean & Taro, and Dalgona Coffee Ice Cream. They were all excellent. The coffee based items had very strong coffee taste but the sweetness balanced them out. You can choose the ice cream flavor for various items. I believe it currently has vanilla, match, strawberry, chocolate, and black sesame (my favorite). Came during soft opening so service was a bit slow, but staff members were friendly and helpful. Decor is very pink and fluffy. Parking in this plaza sucks because it's rather small for the amount of eateries and businesses that are located here. Many of the parking spots are also designated for specific store or have limited time. read more

Parking: They're located in a medium sized plaza, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: This spot is new, so it's very clean. There's pink, neon, and cute decor everywhere. It's a fairly small space with limited indoor seating and no outdoor seating. Service: Shout out to Ben! He's very knowledgeable about the menu and even gave us recommendations. Throughput was under 10 min from ordering. Drinks & desserts: 1) Ninja ice cream - Black sesame ice cream in a black cone. My favorite! 2) S'mores ice cream - Sooo delicious! I think this would be good without the popcorn tho. 3) Egg Puff w/ pork floss - This was recommended to us! The egg puff was cooked well. Can't go wrong with pork floss. 4) Biscoff Crumbl - I looove Biscoff, and they also launched their new Biscoff line. It literally tastes as it sounds. 5) Uji Matcha - Their matcha is delicious! I believe this was mixed with Oreo. A bit sweeter than usual, so I recommend adjusting the sweetness level for this one. 6) Peach Jasmine Tea - Sooo refreshing! Came here after going to Knott"s Berry Farm. We wanted something sweet and Knotts Bakery were packed with people. So we decided like good Yelpers. To search for something near by and Nobibi came up. There was a small line of people waiting for there order. We walked in. And many more must have done the same by searching on Yelp. There must have been about a dozen people lined up behind us. And after we got our desserts we talked to the owner. He let us know that they had not yet officially opened yet. The place is super clean and small. They have tables but most people took it to go. My ice cream cup tasted like a Halo Halo. But it wasn't. They have many treats. But I can only talk about mine. There's only one worker, so it take quite awhile to get our dessert and drink. The soft serve/milk icecream is good, wish they have more flavors. Stopped by Feng Cha to find out it's the soft opening of Nobibi. Well sure I'll try it since I'm here, plus it's 20% off during this time. Interior is spacious and has cute hello kitty decor and it smells like sugar. Menu has lots of offerings for ice cream, but it's extra cold on New Year's Eve today so I'll pass. I notice they have HK waffle cones though so I may try that next time. I ordered the peach jasmine drink 50% sweet (I generally find 100% too sweet). Beautiful cup lid, it's like the shape of a gem. I made the mistake of trying it on the road instead of the store. Ugh not what I expected at all, the flavor of many mistakes made. I'm expecting a somewhat sweet fragrant peach tea, what I got was a lemony, bitter (like a lemon rind) and slightly sour drink with a hint of peach. More bitter than sour. There's even a slice of lemon in it! It's a soft opening and I know if I had tried it onsite I would have had it changed and everything would have turned out fine so it's not fair to knock service if they didn't know, but it's a lesson learned on my part. I go to lots of milk tea shops and it hasn't been this extreme. I tossed the lemon when I got home and it's a tiny bit better. Try your drink before you leave! read more

I think that Nobibi has great decor and the way they plate/present the soft serve is beautiful. I also like that the inside is a vibe. If you are taking someone here that appreciates cute decor and nicely plated sweets, then this is the place for you. My perspective is more heavily weighted toward flavor and food, and, in this regard, I felt it was pretty straightforward. It was our first time visiting Nobibi in Buena Park, and overall, I had a good time! The place is vibrant and playful, with bright decor and even four small claw machines that add a fun touch. I tried the chocolate soft serve with Fruity Pebbles. The texture was creamy and rich, and the chocolate flavor really came through--which I loved! But as much as I have a serious sweet tooth, it was very sweet--so sweet that I could only finish about a quarter of the cup. Definitely one to share! I also tried the dalgona coffee ice cream, and that one hit the spot for me (maybe because I'm a coffee lover!). It had a really nice balance, and the texture was just right--not too dense, not too airy. The only downside was the cleanliness--tables could've used a quick wipe down. If you've been to a Nobibi before you know what you're getting. This location is like the other two I've been to and it's a good-great choice for dessert. I like the drinks, I usually opt for the fruitier drinks over the milky tea drinks, but each drink I've had has been solid. The ice cream/soft serve is really good and one I enjoy a lot. My wife loves their black sesame which is not always available. Service is friendly. I wish they had more menus and more descriptions, you may need to ask what is what. That said they've been friendly and helpful when asked. The place is a bit small but it does have some seating. They have a couple tables outside as well. Parking is generally not an issue though the plaza can get busy even at night. There's a popular ramen place nearby but the other business are mostly closed so haven't had trouble parking. read more
