They have both savory (chicken pot pie) and sweet pies (key lime, cherry, apple, and more). You can get a slice or buy a whole pie. They also sell amazing ice cream made in New York. I had the mint ice cream with pieces of brownie in it.

A hole in the wall spot in the cute town of sleepy hallow! Very small pie shop but definitely worth checking out! We almost walked past this spot but decided to give it a try (I'm so glad we did) & we ended up getting the devil's chocolate pie which hit the spot! The cream tasted like light & sweet home made chocolate pudding and the crust complimented it super well. Staff was very friendly & welcoming and the prices aren't bad considering everything is made in house :) wasn't a big fan of pies before but I am now

I had heard rumblings of a Noble Pies opening in Tarrytown for a while - I remember being in the area sometime last year and saw signs of its impending opening. At that time, I didn't know anything about the company, however after some quick research I learned that it is a family-owned company/farm in Warwick that has several locations in the Hudson Valley. Being a big fan of pie, I made it my intention to check out - and finally got the opportunity to do so the other day while in Tarrytown. Noble is located right on Main Street in the thick of the commercial hub of Tarrytown. The place is small - like REALLY small; there were three of us in the store and honestly any more would have been too much. The interior didn't have much charm but it also wasn't drab. Despite the size, they have a good stock of pies as well as a few other baked good. Pies are obviously the star so I honed my attention towards them; they had a selection of fruit and cream-based pies sold as individual slices, mini, and standard-size. The staff told us that if we wanted to stay they had a back patio area for us to sit - since it was a nice day that sounded like a great idea so I decided to get a slice of their Will You Marry Me Cherry. I was given the option to have it warmed and served a la mode, so I decided to go straight in and get both (I chose vanilla). The outdoor seating area is quite nice, you need walk around the block to get to it but it was a short walk and much more spacious than the actual store. The pie itself? Just fine - its integrity was a little broken down and the crust was a little undercooked on the bottom; it wasn't my favorite slice of pie but it did have a good amount of cherries. The ice cream was slightly melted when it was served and also had some slight freezer burn - womp. Service definitely saved this experience for me - the two staff members working that day were awesome and made great recommendations on what pies to get. Even though I wasn't impressed with my slice, I'm giving Noble Pies the benefit of the doubt and would be open to trying them again - I'm just proceeding with caution.

Literally a hole in the wall and huge lines to get these pies. Noble Pies 38 Main St Tarrytown - Slice Quiche pie - Slice Blueberry pie - Slice Mixed Berries Pie - 6" Key lime pie. better than Steve's key lime pie. It's THAT GOOD! Definitely need to come back early to get more.

Noble Pies will grab your attention not just because this 2nd location is yea big compared to the bigger 1st location in Rye- but there are a lot of cookies+ goodies that are kept in jars and even the whole pies and slices ready to be brought home. I'm just not sure how much baking goes in here because this place is really a matchbox. I knew I wanted a Veg+Mushroom Quiche like I had at their Rye location- but these folks only offer another type of Veg. Their Veg Quiche is a combination of a moist crust that's filled with sun dried tomato+specks of broccoli+cream and tons of onions. The Swiss and goat cheeses (I expected Gruyère+White Cheddar) took this quiche from ordinary to extraordinary. At least. I also ordered a slice of their 'Dirt Chocolate Pie' and 'Key Lime' pies. The first, was a silky custard filling- but it needed more cocoa oomph. The second, felt refreshing and limey. Both had a slight buttery, crumbly (too crumbly) graham cracker crust and piled generously. One of the best things about Noble's pies-especially the two slices I picked other than how silky smooth and melt in your mouth they are, is that the filling is perfectly chilled and doesn't need to be baked. Service is great. For the $32.50 hefty price I paid for the quiche with the nanoscopic zucchini and broccoli, I expected lots more visible veggies instead of mainly onions to fill in the gaps. The crust? Not the flaky, buttery and golden kind I expected.

Popped in here randomly and grabbed the last apple pie on the shelf and the woman was lovely enough to grab us a blueberry and a cherry pie from the freezer to bring home. They were all super delish! I also had her heat me up a slice of veggie quiche to eat then and it was divine. Highly recommend!

Slices of pie are a great way to sample their pies. The pies are in line with farmer market pies and pricing. With that said, all ingredients and pies are fresh and you can taste the freshness. But I can't enjoy it as often as I like because of the pricing.

This place truly cares about their craft and it shows. It can be tricky to find as the sign is quite small, but that's no problem. The tiny space brings a sense of coziness. I ordered a slice of apple pie and cherry pie. It was the best I've ever had. They make everything with care by hand and it shows when you take a bite. I added whipped cream (which they also make themselves) and it was an amazing addition. The lady behind the counter was also very sweet. Just come to this place!!

My mom and I stopped here for a quick snack break! I ordered a slice of the Mixed Berry Pie and a slice of the Pumpkin Pie. The line took a little while (~20 minutes), but understandable given the owner is the only person working. The mixed berry pie was delicious--the filling wasn't overly sweet or tart, but just right. The crust was the best buttery flaky crust. We demolished this in minutes. The pumpkin pie has a bit of a heavier filling, but we appreciated that it wasn't overly spiced. I didn't like the crust on this because it was a bit more doughy on the bottom, and less flaky/hard to put a fork into. I would've also liked if the pie slices were heated up. The slices were a bit pricey (~$7/slice), but a good size!

Pretty good pies! We got a few savory and sweet. For the savory, we got a slice of the chicken pot pie and cottage pie. I liked the chicken pot pie better than the cottage pie. The chicken pot pie filling was so packed with chicken and veggies. I also liked that the filling was a bit thicker. For the sweet pies, we got the Hudson valley apple crumb, cherry pie, chocolate cream pie and key lime pie. My favorites were key lime pie and Hudson valley apple crumb. It's a take and go kind of place.

There were also several picnic benches around the side of the building, but I wasn't clear if they belonged to the restaurant. You order at the register and they call out your name when your food is ready. They have a ton of vegan/vegetarian options, as well as a great breakfast/brunch menu. I ordered the egg and cheese biscuit. The cheddar jalapeño biscuit was delicious. It was buttery and dense. The flavors were mild, but the sandwich was the perfect portion size. I also got a side of the vegan bacon. It was rubbery and tough to chew. Would not recommend. My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito. We also shared the buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower pieces were well coated in buffalo sauce and very flavorful. I also got the Don't Kale Me juice. It was tangy, citrusy, and refreshing. The Deep Roots smoothie was also quite tasty. They have free self-serve water and the employees were quick to wipe down tables so they were clean for the next party. Looking forward to coming again!

We do notice two empty tables outside but understood that maybe they don't want to seat people and overwhelm the kitchen. After about 10 mins of waiting we're offered one of the tables that had been empty. (Which were outside). No menus given but we noticed the QR codes. Guy comes by and drops off cups w ice and a carat of water. Waiting... waiting.... Finally another server comes and asks if we'd like to order drinks. Yes, and our meals bc we've been sitting here for quite some time. We get our coffees and there's a lot of grinds at the bottom of the cups, server switches it out. We finally get our food and two of the three meals were not hot, not even warm. But we're hungry and eat but when the server checks in my sister says "honestly for as long as we waited we would've expected hotter food, these two (egg dishes) are cold." He apologizes and says he'll let the manager know. The manager, who I can only assume is Lisa (based on the responses I'm seeing here on Yelp) came out and said I hear the food is cold? And was very aggressive right off the bat. Saying everything comes right out of the kitchen and to the table, we don't have heat lamps. Offers to "reheat" the food (but how, the microwave?) we're already half way thru the dishes as we had waited a long time. My sister tried to express that after waiting for a table, service and grounds in the coffee that this was disappointing - the manager interjects w "well did you tell him did he give you a new one" She does NOT take criticism very well, she's abrasive and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. She then came out (after I assume finding out the whole story and how long we had been there) she said she would take the two items off the bill, which we weren't gunning for. As we just gave honest feedback when asked how everything was. We then noticed her come and check in on the other tables outside bc people who got there well after us also got their food at the same time... As much as I'd want to come back and try it again bc the promise is there. The manager was such a turn off, that I would be spending my money there, again.
