Update: After I posted my review, a representative reached out and offered to reduce their fee by about $1,000 if I removed my reviews and signed some sort of agreement. I can't say this is their standard practice for every negative review, but in my opinion, it certainly seems like it might be and it could explain how they had a 5.0 rating previously on other websites. That perfect score was a big reason why I chose them, and now I have my own thoughts on how it may have been maintained. I hired Noble Public Adjusting in March 2024 after tornado damage to my property in Panama City Beach. The initial inspection was so short and rushed that I assumed it was just a preliminary walk-through--yet no one from Noble ever returned to the property again. Communication was consistently poor. My case manager rarely provided updates unless I reached out first. Their call log reflected little more than "message left" notes with almost no meaningful correspondence. In my opinion, the case was mismanaged to the point that my insurance company invoked appraisal roughly three months after hiring them. Because I had lost trust in Noble, I hired my own appraiser instead of using their recommendation. From July 9, 2024 until December 2025, I received absolutely no updates. Noble only contacted me again once a new case manager was assigned and they learned payment had been issued--at which point they immediately asked for their share. Based on my experience, this company seems to rely on volume, quick Xactimate estimates, and repetitive phone calls rather than true advocacy or professional involvement. If you want a firm that will handle your claim properly and communicate consistently, I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

During hurricane Michael my family home was flooded and the water did not go back down. The house would need to be demolished due to the extensive damage. We were initially denied a payout by our insurance and our house was still under mortgage. We saw a post from Tyler S about Noble Public Adjusting and decided to contact him. I don't normally leave reviews in the middle of a service, but in this case i feel accolades are well deserved. Tyler S and Noble Public Adjusting was just a huge help to my family/daughter/granddaughter after Hurricane Michael. Very nice and helpful. They were denied by the insurance company because we didnt have flood insurance. But Tyler and NPA were able to read the fine print of the policy and found the insurance company was responsible for other damages not related to the flood. My family recovered more then we thought we would. They hired professional to access the damage and fight on our behalf. So we went from nothing to getting the money we needed for the damage. If it hadnt been for Tyler and NPA then no funds would have awarded. I have recommended other in my areas to contact NPA! I thought I had received all that I was going to get from my insurance company after Hurricane Sally.
