His tactics are suspect to say the least. I asked the roofing crew to properly brace the new rafters down to load bearing. They did not. Josh Doyle again let me down about getting someone to come and properly fix the issue and brace the rafters properly. I would never use this company again for these reasons

After straight line winds and hail, we…read morecontracted him again to do our roof, replace a rotten cedar beam, complete a front porch cover and side it, and replace a damaged brick column with a cedar post. The first cedar post was too short and the roof was not level. That post was replaced, but the replacement is cracked. We will need to replace it again. The brick around the new cedar beam was not re-mortared and now needs repair. He asked us to buy the stain for the cedar, so we did, which was no problem. After that, he claimed he could not find matching siding to finish the front porch cover. Our siding is just sand color. It is available at Lowe's and Home Depot. Then, the old siding that was removed for the extension was thrown away! We cannot even reuse what was there! He was paid for the full job, but did not complete it. He said he had a sick family member and wanted payment for the work done. Since we had used him before, I went ahead and paid for the entire job. Big mistake.
