I found DBS Tax through a friend and took a chance. First of all their office is easy to find in Cleveland and we were taken right in even though we were an hour early for our appointment. James was awesome! This was by far the best experience I have ever had doing my taxes. James was very kind, funny, and didn't rush us or make us feel like just another client. It was so affordable to do my taxes I was so shocked. James was outgoing with a great personality and did an amazing job. Great customer service. I have found my new tax guy. I would and will recommend him and DBS to anyone looking for honest, wonderful and personable service. I will be going back to him every year and use DBS if I need any other things they offer.
