I went into the restaurant today because I wanted a soup and they had pazole. I asked the waitress what does it consist of and she stated in Spanish "Are you not familiar with Mexican food?" What kind of question is that? As a waitress in any restaurant you should be able to explain any item on the menu upon request. Waited over 3 hours. Never got my food. The restaurant never answered the phone to speak to me. Absolutely horrific service.

So when i first went in i noticed how much space was in this place. I was greeted and told to sit anywhere i like, the waitress tended to me immediately. i tried their margarita, and i must say it was defineltely on point!! Before your meal arrives they bring out fresh tortilla chips and salsa... delicous and fresh!! I ordered the Chicken Burrito meal, and the burrito was amazing! the rice and refried beans was so tasty!! If I could give this restaurant a negative I would. I went to have some drinks with my friend to catch up and it ended up being the worst experience I've ever had . I was casually having a conversation while waiting for our drinks and as I look over my shoulder I see I HUGE WATERBUG! We tell the server and they killed it with the checkbook. We told them that was disgusting and unacceptable . We stated we should at least get $10 off and the waitress just laughed at us . The people sitting behind us just laughed like it was a casual thing that happens in this restaurant. If this is how they maintain their business then I will not be going there. read more

Party of 4 late Sunday afternoon -- loved this place. Treated us really good & food was amazing. For Fajitas Supremo I got a sizzling hot metal skillet w/ meats & veggies flame-grilled to perfection. Food is overpriced and tastes terrible. Not recommended. The tacos were drenched in oil and the meat was tough and flavorless. The price of $14 for tacos and $3.50 for a side was extreme for food that didn't satisfy at all. read more

The food is great, but the service is horrible. My coworkers and I viewed the menu online and decided to order the lunch specials, seemed like a great price ! We arrived to pick up our FIVE lunch special orders. We got back to the office to unload and realized that all the meals that were supposed to come with rice and beans, were incomplete. has the worst experience it was my relatives wedding and I ordered crab empanadas and they ended up giving me some cheese empanadas instead of what I asked for. asked them why I got them and their response was, "it's the only thing I had", looks like the only thing they care about is making money instead of satisfying their costumers with the correct order, they'll just throw u something that u didn't ask for, bullshit. and instead of bringing me fried plantains they brought me tostones, at this point they was just giving me anything to replace what I asked for. read more

Visited Noches Mexicanas for a large birthday celebration and it was apparent our sever was new. Not sure if he trained virtually due to the pandemic but he was very frantic. The food itself was not tasty and the drinks were just fine. Unfortunately would not be returning. read more

I'm shocked this place doesn't have more reviews than one.....on the weekends it's always packed in here. I love this restaurant, the food is very good and the service is always perfect. The waitress I get is always such a sweetheart. Every single time I come here, I order a margarita and she makes them so so good. I've eaten here a few times but each time the food was great. Cooked well and always has plenty of flavor. Before you get your entree, they give you nachos with salsa to start off with. Yummy. Lunch specials are very good, not expensive at all. They have a pool table which I think is so awesome because I love to play pool and there's not many places in my neighborhood that has one. Actually I've never seen any other place with one in their restaurant. Music is good as well, there's plenty of space to dance if you want to. There's a big bar where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. Love this place, will continue to come here as often as possible. :-D BTW - HAPPY HOUR 3-8PM - 2 FOR 1 DRINKS. read more

I just ordered food from this restaurant and first and foremost the time was very accurate the guy on the phone said 20 mins, and I got my order in exactly 20 minutes. The guy on the phone was very nice and attentive, I even called back to let them know I didn't want jalapeño on my nachos and he didn't give me attitude like other places. Their customer service is on point. Chimichangas was so crispy and delicious THE RICE AND BEANS ARE SO YUMMY THE TASTE IS SO AUTHENTIC, I ordered my daughters nachos grande with steak and she loved it my other daughter had 3 steak sopes and they are so delicious !! The only one complain I have is that they have is that they didn't send me no salsa verde or salsa roja but that's all ! read more

We're on a Keto diet which can be tough. We came to Noches Mexicanas and ordered chicken but asked to have tortillas rice and beans left off. After the waitress looked like we were from the moon she asked if we'd like veges instead. Out came a perfect Keto meal. Delicious chicken, grilled veges, sour cream, guacamole and pico. I really wish the original owners or cooks to this restaurant would return. I remember when this place opened. I was excited and completely satisfied. The food and service was on the money. Authentic tasting Mexican dishes at great prices. Then they closed for nearly a year, if not longer. Again when they opened I was excited and then thats when the disappointment came in. The woman who would take the order for deliveries did not seem to listen. If I tell you someone is allergic to shrimp, do not put shrimp in the burrito, Im expecting you to listen to that instruction and not add shrimp. Why did she argue with me that its part of the burrito??? Then the taste, totally different and it lost its authentic Mexican flavor I expected prior to when they closed. I tried to give them a chance several times, but when you speak to someone over the phone in their own language (and yes, I speak it fluently) and you STILL don't understand me, we have a problem. I am a stickler for professionalism. The customer is always first. I have worked over 30 years of customer service to have this motto tattooed on my brain. When a waitress is going to argue, or not understand you, or seem to act like she lacks intelligence and would have the audacity to hang up on a person, then you take away from the business. Maybe the service directly at the restaurant is better, and maybe people like or can eat shrimp and this doesn't affect them. However, If you call for a delivered order, I pray that you have better luck than I did. After months of not calling them to I tried one more time and yet STILL the same type of service. The woman doesn't understand and wants to argue with you and hang up. And still after I said, no shrimp, no vegetables in the burrito. Why oh why did I receive it with shrimp and veggies.... Last time I order with them!! I will be sure the restaurant I go to has professionalism and listens to instructions... Clearly their waitress doesn't like instructions. read more
