She had to call the manager to override the transaction. They probably thought that Asians are dumb and cannot speak English nor French. Happened around 12 noon Terminal 2c - March 6 CDG. So watch out for what they ring as cashiers are too busy overcharging you - esp if you are in a rush!

In the chocolates duty free store, it was nice that they were giving samples out to try if you wanted to buy Swiss chocolates. They also had other types of chocolates as well. The prices on the chocolates were norm like other duty free shops in European airports. They had some decent promotions if you bought two of the same kind then the third bag would be free. If you did not get a chance to buy anything on your trip, this is the place to stop and pick up last minutes gifts or souvenirs.~
