They are just rude, seem stressed and over-worked, but most of all, they will make sure that you, the patient, will be blamed for it. If you're sick, sorry, you can only call them between 8h and 12h. if you don't manage to get through, you will have to wait until the next day. Most of the times your appointment will postponed with another few days (which is practically impossible if you need a paper to leave work - no understanding from them, no, they won't shy away to tell you 'YOU should understand what a busy life and important job THEY have). You're always put with another doctor, they are not conventioned (screw the poor people) and they will charge you the full rate even if they haven't performed any medical tasks (examination, prescription..) and occupied their time for 5 mins because you had a information question..
