Each day they have two different "regular" dishes plus an LCHF alternative to choose from. You can also compose your own salad froma he salad bar and pay by weight. Fresh bread is available and is included with the lunch. When I was there the regular options were chicken with risotto, and fish with potatoes. I had the fish and it was delicious - above my expectations for a lunch restaurant. The only thing I can complain about was the size of the portions.

My partner and I went there for some smoothies (smoothies were on the menu) but they were out of ingredients and couldn't make them. Unbelievable! The seating area in front is smack in the middle of a mall passage intersection, but upstairs they have a *really* nice lounge area where you can also sit - and it's way better than downstairs in every aspect. All in all, this place gets a solid 3.
