Friendly staff. I went to the Prytania location. The waiting room is a bit small, but there wasn't a long wait! Very easy to deal with when making an appointment and checking in. The woman who did intake info was also very friendly, took her time, asking questions about medical history. I met both Dr. Robertson's. Dr. K. Robertson did the physical exam, and Dr. T. Robertson did my x-rays. I felt I got excellent care and am following instructions. read more

Unprofessional unclean insane! When the nurse with coughing problem, no mask took me into the exam room I asked to please not touch me without gloves and she RAILED on me, stomped out slamming the door....She returned wearing a mask and gloves and when I thanked her she flipped out again barraging me with incoherent gaslighting and bullying threatening to have me removed! The office manager came in and said she needed to take X-rays but that I need to just leave, saying she heard the whole thing, taking her side, more gaslighting. She went to speak to the doctor came back and said I need to leave, "not a good fit". I'm still shaking. read more

This is my very first visit and I'm completely blown away by how caring and nice the entire staff was. Dr. Kristina Robertson took very good care of me and she was the very first doctor to recommend me getting an MRI to evaluate my pain even further. I've been in pain for two years, and I've finally found someone who cares. Ms. Ari who did my X Ray was so sweet, gentle, and kind! The sweet sweet lady at the reception desk was the kindest lady I've ever met and she made me feel more like family rather than a patient. Thank you all for being so kind. Being a male that usually ignores going to the doctor I decided that as a diabetic I really needed to have my feet examined (my wife thinks it should be my head). I searched and found NOLaSole as a provider. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone and set my appointment. When I arrived the office was very clean and the staff very courteous. My wait was only about 10 minutes. Ari did my initial intake she made me feel very comfortable and she even laughed at my dad jokes, that's a good sign. She was also very personable while yet professional. Dr Taylor was very professional and not condescending, as a slightly overweight diabetic some doctors can make you feel kind of embarrassed but he did a great job, he had a great bedside manner. He explained each procedure as he performed it and advised me as to what needed to be done to have better foot health. I was so pleased with this staff that I scheduled an appointment for my wife to be examined, and yes I like her. I would highly recommend NOLA Sole to anyone needing foot care. read more

Absolutely the worst. I had 2 visits with the doctor. Waited over an hour past appointment time with each. My pharmacy and I made a total of 4 requests to correct a prescription problem. They never did. I received no treatment. A total waste of my time and over $300 out of pocket. read more

Dr. Robinson & Robinson@ Nola Sole Podiatry did a great job for me. They sent my Crossfit shoes out for a custom remake adding 1 inch to the left side, Now my hips we're level again. Wonderful visit. Had a nasty ingrown toenail, tried to take care of it myself, foolish. They fixed me right up, hardly any wait, and after a return visit for a check up I am walking tall again! Great doctors very gently, they take the time to explain the problems you are having in laymens terms. Clean rooms (I love the big bay windows in the front) friendly staff, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from minor to major foot problems. Oh and they are very affordable. Meh. Thought I might need a custom orthotic, so went podiatric, rather than orthopedic, route. Saw Taylor Robertson, after a one (!) hour wait. Went thru a series of questions, assessments, and then did xrays. He told me I had an irregularity of one of the ankle bones, and he wanted to get mri images, but I needed to wear a boot for three weeks before he could secure approval for those images. What? Left the appt and promptly arranged to see an orthopedic foot/ankle specialist. Turns out the bone Dr Robertson said was irregular is the normal one, and the ones around it are irregular. No further imaging needed, and a course of treatment was developed. Dr Robertson was nice enough, but there was something rote or canned about his explanations and answers. Almost sing-song. And of course he was rushed, as we started out an hour past my appt time. Hate that I wasted that time and co-pay. read more

I suffered a severe toe injury the day before leaving for vacation on New Orleans. Urgent care said it was broken and to see a podiatrist in a day or two. I called this office at about 9:30 AM on a Wednesday morning, and the answering system stated the office hours (which began at 9). I tried back in half an hour and held for the answering service. They took my message (with my phone number) requesting an appointment, although they were surprised that I had reached them as the office was supposed to be open. I also tried to schedule an appointment on their website, leaving my contact info and an explanation of my injury. No one from the office ever responded to the phone call or internet requests. I would leave zero stars if possible. I called another podiatrist, Dr Edward Lang at New Orleans Podiatry Associates, and received expert care the same day. Thank you Dr. Lang for saving my vacation. I would highly recommend not using this provider. read more

Drs. Taylor and Kristina Robertson are wonderful podiatrists! They are very attentive, thorough and personable. They take their time with explaining conditions and they use language that a non-expert can understand. Their office is very clean and comfortable and nearly all the rooms have large bay windows. All of their tools are state of the art and very clean. Appointments are also very easy to schedule... I called for a same day appointment and they were able to fit me in. Their staff is also lovely! I know Drs. Taylor and Kristina personally and I can tell you they are just as wonderful outside the office as they are professionally. read more

The front desk person doesn't know how to sufficiently explain charges. They ask for money in advance, but have no way of telling you what you are paying for or a way to give you a receipt for what you are paying. I would highly recommend not going here. read more

I recently visited this podiatry office and what a welcomed surprise that I encountered. When I called to make my appointment I didn't have to go through all the prompts to get to someone. A live person answered and was very accommodating and helpful. I was directed to a website where I could fill out all my patient information beforehand. They seemed to be very cognizant of my time. (really rare in this day and age). Once I arrived & gave my my filled out paperwork and insurance info, it was just a few minutes and I was called in the back. The nurse greeted me, introduced herself and welcomed me to their office. She took a whole history of why I was there and any other problems that I might be having. Honestly, they were very sincere, and didn't rush you like the majority of doctor's offices do. Once I was done with my history I was guided to an exam room and told the doctor would be with me shortly. It was about 10 minutes, the doctors came in and introduced themselves and talked with me for a while and I explained my problem. I had never been to a podiatrist before and I really didn't know what to expect and I was nervous. They were very informative and had a calming aura about them. I had X-rays done and they suggested the type of treatment I needed and explained everything thoroughly so I understood. It was not a whole bunch of medical words that I had no understanding of. I wanted to wait to see how my outcome was going to be before I wrote this review. It has been a couple of weeks and I am feeling so much better. The second visit was even better than my first visit. I truly felt like I was family. What a great team and doctors. Would highly recommend them if you have any type of foot problems. read more

These doctors and their staff are so down to earth and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment and was explained everything about what my visit with a podiatrist would entail. They were even cognizant of my time suggesting I go online to fill out my paperwork. That was really nice. The doctors were helpful and listened to the problem I was having with my feet and explained exactly what I needed to do to correct the problem. I never thought I would ever see a podiatrist for this problem but I was so wrong. It is not normal to have foot pain. I'm comfortably recovering back home in Alaska and it is all thanks to NOLA Sole. I found myself in a terrible position. 4500 miles from home I was pushed into a pool and popped back up in tremendous pain. I had suffered a LisFranc fracture. While I didn't have the best luck in the pool, I was tremendously lucky to have two top notch podiatrists run to my aid. They diagnosed me pool side and had me in their office at 8am the very next day to get x-rays to confirm. My injury is very rare and often missed. But within minutes I had a diagnosis, an air cast, and all the information I needed to get started on surgery in half an hour. They were helpful, supportive, straightforward, and exactly what I was looking for in a doctor. If you or a loved one have a foot injury, I cannot recommend NOLA Sole highly enough.
