Took the Mr. for Father's Day dinner this evening. Never had a bad meal here. I started with a great cocktail and Carrie, our server, brought Dave a taste of two different white ones. He chose the one in the picture. We went early, so before we left we could see the place filling up. Homemade pasta and delicious food.

We came for dinner yesterday. I missed the turning into the strip mall and spent 20mins making the u turn back because of the road closures. It was a little bit of a nightmare For a Saturday night the place was pretty empty. We requested a table outside because it was too cold inside. The inside was very nice. Outside was nice too but you did feel left out. In general service was slow and it was hard to get our server. We had a lemonade. Calamari starter. Gnocchi pasta. Budino and Gelato for desserts. I also got a Margherita pizza to go. Calamari was too big for me :/ on its own it was very bland but the aioli was really good. The gnocchi was hands down the best thing. So tasty and pillowy. Desserts... the budino was nice but the cookies were too much it in and it all became a bit sickly so the end. The Gelato was good. Overall. The service was OK. Place was beautiful. Food was OK

So so impressed with this restaurant!! Visited for restaurant week and was so amazed! First off, the price was sooo affordable- $35 for dinner and 3 courses!! Plus complimentary bread with a side of delicious pesto to start off with. I ordered the tomato basil soup for my appetizer, which was so creamy and so flavorful! Not too salty either. For my main, i ordered the lobster ravioli, which had BIG pieces of FRESH lobster!! I was so amazed at the quality of the lobster. The sauce was amazing, as were the tomatoes- just wish there were more tomatoes! The ravioli was so chewy too. Lastly for dessert, ordered the gelato, which was a vanilla bean flavor and so refreshing!! On top of the amazing food, the service was spectacular! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, and she even allowed us to order a wine from the upstairs sister restaurant silo's. Another pleasant surprise- we got a $20 gift card for participating in restaurant week!! What a steal! The ambiance is casual yet classy too. It was spotless everywhere, and they even have a large patio under the shade! However, we opted to sit inside because of the summer heat. Will be back very soon to try their other dishes!!!

Food was perfectly made with well blended ingredients. This place is located off of 1604 near Stone Oak. The waitress was so nice and allowed us to sample some wine so we could make a decision. On Red wine selection. I enjoyed the veronese wine. Ambient had romantic setting and relaxing.

We came here right as the restaurant opened, our server Moe was amazing. Very personable and offered options he thought we might enjoy. The food was delicious, I got the salmon and it was fantastic. The seasoning and temperature was on point and even the cauliflower was delicious and I'm a big cauliflower hater. My husband got the bolognese and enjoyed it but said he definitely will try the other dish he was recommended next time. The restaurant was mostly quiet since we were the only ones and by the time we left there were only 2 other tables sat. But the restaurant itself was beautiful and intimate, great for date night out, celebrations, or just a lunch with someone you love. Over all we will be back and we will be trying more things from the menu.

We were heading to Fredericksburg from San Antonio when a reminder popped up on my phone. The Monday Special 2 for the price of 1 (second meal at equal of lesser value, up to $29) was taking place. We couldn't resist and had to stop. We love the toasted bread cubes served with tapenade. So tasty! When our server noticed us both eyeing the last cube, she brought us more. Yum! My husband ordered the Luca's Signature dish, the Tartufo with seasonal truffles. I had the Tagliolini Al Nero, squid ink pasta, lobster, calamari and fra diavolo sauce. Both were delicious!!! The in house made pasta were cooked perfectly al dente. We couldn't stop eating. Oops! No room for dessert. Next time!! We definitely recommend Nonna Osteria 1604! Great service!

A disappointing outing... from the moment we sat down, it was clear our server was overwhelmed. He hurried past the table, muttered his name (no one heard), and didn't return for another five minutes. The entire service was a bit of a slog. Orders were incorrect, and the check had to be edited because the server had charged for a more expensive bottle of wine than what was ordered and served. Unfortunately, the food did not help anything along. The short rib was too salty, the salmon overcooked, and the two pasta dishes flavorless. A bright spot was the charcuterie starter. Overall, this Northside eatery was underwhelming.

Honestly this is the best Italian food I've had in San Antonio. We had the Affettati e formaggi to start as an appetizer - everything on it was great. Basically a small charcuterie with meats and cheese. For our main courses my daughters enjoyed the Bolognese pasta - which is outstanding. My wife had The wild boar - or Cinghiale. And I had the polpette. Every dish was amazing. The service was great and she was attentive throughout even though it was busy. They did not understaff and had a good staff to table ratio. The ambiance was great and a wonderful place for a romantic date night.

The ambiance was really nice but we should've known something was off when we walked in and there weren't many people there. For the prices, the flavor just wasn't there for us. Almost TOO elevated. My favorite part of the whole meal was the aioli at the bottom of the tuna.

A reviewer mentioned that being here gives the feeling of hanging in someone's wine cellar which is the impression I got as I set foot in here. With the word wine being the in name of the establishment, you will find an extensive selection of wines available by glass and bottle and categorized by white types and red types. Being a Zinfandel guy, the bartender turned me to the Girard "Old Vine" Zinfandel. This is a pricy wine at $25/glass. I enjoyed the hell out of it as it's one of the better Zinfandel's I've ever had. Definitely steep at $25. I probably should've gone with the wine flight which is what my friend did before he switched to a Malbec. I forgot which one he did but the flights are all prearranged to compliment one another. It makes for a nice experience if you're not sure what wine you want to zero in on. As for food, we paired our wine with a charcuterie board. It's a standard board with some baguette slices and a mix of cheeses and meats with a candied jalapeno spread. A very nice compliment to wine. They have happy hour, wine of the month, and a wine/dine theme for every month where they pair wines with a themed menu. Plus sangria is available as well. Also there is wine tasting every Wednesday so the place gets packed from what I heard. But I'd certainly be open to attending one. Can't wait to come back here!

We were immediately seated and Jamie, our server was friendly and attentive. Actually the entire staff was excellent. We opted for the prix fix luncheon menu - so worth it! Your choice of main with salad or dessert orrrrrrr for +$3 you get all 3! Our server asked us if we wanted bread, and we said yes. The complimentary breads were nice and warm- a mixture of freshly made white and a dried fruit nut bread. The dark bread with dried fruit/nuts was my fave and highly addictive lol Ordered : Baby spinach salad with Brie on the side- fresh spinach drizzled with a light vinaigrette and sprinkled with pieces of dried fruit and bacon. The breaded/fried Brie was ooey gooey goodness. Hubby had the Classic Caesar and he enjoyed it. Both salads were decent large bowl portions. Grilled miso glazed Atlantic salmon- fresh, earthy, healthy, and delicious! A good piece of salmon cooked to perfection in a mild miso glaze and topped with an avocado relish. Everything (the quinoa, toasted cashews, grilled bok choy, and salmon) paired and blended so well together. Pure delish. I was completely full afterwards, but hubby had some space for dessert. Choices for dessert were limited to 3 - crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, or toasted coconut mousse pie. We chose the dark chocolate mousse- absolutely beautiful! Dark chocolate was sinfully good, cocoa nibs added a slightly crunch, and the berries were fresh and plump. We were happily stuffed. Service was excellent and food delicious. We would definitely revisit.

The Calamari was just, meh...maybe because it was prepared unlike I'd ever had before. I ordered the "Stuffed Salmon" and as U can see, it didn't meet expectations-plus it was small for the price. My fiancée ordered the Pasta Flight and immediately discovered that it was more than she'd bargained for. Overall, it was tasty, with the exception of the chicken-which was dry. She also had to request fresh bread because they were all so hard. Also, our entrees were extremely late to arrive, based on the crowd-over 30 minute wait!!!
