I visited this location on February 19, 2025. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was lots of food and trash all over the floors. Chairs were not pushed under the tables and it looked like the big oval table to the left had food all over it from prior customers. I went to the counter and ordered my meal with a drink. I noticed the drink bar had paper and straws on the floor and next to the dispenser. I found a table and my food order was promptly served by a very cheerful employee. The music had been turned up to a level that was not comfortable. I sat there and ate my meal. After about 15 minutes, I noticed that some sweeping was done, but the oval table was not touched and chairs were not pushed back to their position under the tables. Additionally, I noticed that some paint is peeling off the walls near some of the tables. A little touchup paint would make the place look nicer. If a restaurant is not clean and regularly patrolled for debris, customers will not want to come back. I do not recommend this business. read more

Ordered to go: pesto w rice noodles, allergy aware, plus shrimp and no parm. 2nd order was pesto with rice noodles and parm chicken. Repeated order 4 times to make sure they got it right, ND 1 time was to the manager. Got home, no shrimp, no parm chicken, and nothing indicated as to which was allergy aware. NOTHING! One order spilled in bag-packaging was not good. I have celiac disease, and if I eat gluten, I'm sick for 4-6 days. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Corporate office told manager I had to drive back to get my money refunded. Because they do offer "allergy aware" I've been eating at Noodles since they opened. I'm visiting from California, my friend recommended that I try this place. We tried a few different dishes, the zucchini truffle Mac ( must try it was great), while we were there ordering I thought I'd try the Japanese pan noodles a different day. I had the Japanese pan models yesterday in a to go container that a friend brought by, they were also delicious just like the zucchini truffle Mac. So today I was with the family and they decided they wanted to try this place. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles again because the were so tasty the other day, what a disappointment not in flavor but the serving size. I ordered a regular size and my son ordered a regular size spicy Korean beef noodles, his portion made my portion seem like a toddlers portion. That's why it's only 3 stars review. read more

Absolutely love this place, the manager there really changed how great the place is doing! The staff are really nice, and the food was delicious. The Japanese pan noodles without mushrooms, while adding onions and tofu is my favorite dish there! So I've been to this location for years and it's never had much of an issue, but if your listed close time is 10pm why are the doors locked at 9:39 I get it I don't like people that come in last minute. It is amazing to me how consistently slow the service at this noodles and co is. We live nearby and frequent it occasionally. Our standard practice is to avoid this one and go to another further away from where we live- that's how slow it is every single time. It is painful to watch the inefficiencies and lack of urgency in the very visible kitchen. This time it took 30 minutes in an empty restaurant at 2:00 pm for two standard bowls (Mac and penne Rosa). I leave disappointed every time I come. We will continue to bypass this one. read more

When I lived here almost 2 years ago this was my fav place to go eat on the fly. Customer service was great but I feel the food hasn't got what it did. I got a side of grilled shrimp barely could see it was even grilled. And a small buttered noodles. I really think the food has gone downhill fast. As soon as I entered the woman taking my order seemed annoyed when I had asked her to make sure my daughter's food was hot (because at previous visits it has been extremely cold). Her food was hot fortunately; however, my food was and cold the portion size was smaller than a small (I ordered a regular). I'm never coming back this was a waste of money. I ordered stroganoff without meat and I may have had 3 mushrooms that were uncooked. The teenagers in the kitchen were messing around and neglected to take out the trash that began to overflow. Only the dishes were taken to the back to be washed. When I had asked for a new bowl of noodles, it came back warm but it had a bitter and sour taste to it. read more

Wish I had seen the rating before my family stopped here. Women's restroom was filthy. I was told that a third party company cleans it. So I guess that means it stays filthy. Most of the drinks were out of the drink dispenser. So there was a line waiting for the person to fill the drinks. The store also have a slight smell to it. I am from California and I always want to come to noodles and Company. So sad that most of your places have two stars. read more

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon. There were no customers in the entire restaurant, so there really was no excuse for how gross this place was. Two of the employees were sitting at a table talking while the 3rd was behind the register taking orders and prepping food when I came in. After I ordered I went to find a seat and noticed how disgustingly filthy this establishment was. The table the employees were sitting at had food all over it, as did all of the other unoccupied tables. The floor was so dirty and when I went to get a highchair I had to pick one that didn't have food still on it from who knows when. I wiped down my own table to eat. The employees returned to work and not one of them washed their hands. As I ate one of the employees proceeded to have a conversation at the front counter on her cell phone. They were all completely oblivious to the filth. I have never been in such a dirty restaurant before. Someone please take care of this, it's really not a great experience. read more

Got our take out order home and we literally had hard noodles, salad was a huge disappointment with brown lettuce and avocado. The mac and cheese my kids wouldn't even eat, it smelt and tasted awful This will be the last visit to this noodles in highlands ranch. What a shame. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here last night with my boyfriend and we both got food poisoning. I called this morning and reported it and the manager, Sabrina wrote it off on me just being sick and said food poisoning does not kick in that fast. My boyfriend had gotten sick too. This is the only restaurant we have dined in at recently. We both had the chicken. I had a salad and he had pesto. Tasted fine, a little cold and chewy though. I have worked in the food business and even have my serv safe certification, so I know the rules when it comes to food. I am sickened with how this stupid teenager handled it. Unbelievable. I was served a block of FROZEN noodles. Im not talking about cold, but not even cooked. I understood that I would have to wait a longer time than normal for my dish because of a large to go order, no problem. My food arrived and the young woman who delivered it scurried away so quickly she probably didnt hear me say thank you. After moving the garnish off of my noodles I noticed that they were still in their frozen cube just doused with sauce. I went to the cashier/manager and she checked the frozen meal, confirmed my complaint and I told her I'll wait for them to cook me another. She went to another guest, thinking it was me and then she found me and told me they were out of the dish I asked for. I took my refund and she apologized but couldnt even look me in the eye as she did so. I left without eating the dish I ordered, or anything for that matter. At least 3 employees knowingly served a raw product to me thinking that I wouldnt notice (hilarious at first, dangerous when you think of other food contamination rules they might be breaking). If you dine here I wouldnt be surprised if this place got you sick. This location needs to be shut down. read more

I had the cauliflower gnocchi in garlic cream sauce with Parmesan chicken and it was strange to say the least. I ate in the establishment since the dining room was open. The garlic cream sauce was served on the side, instead of mixed in, possibly a remnant of COVID time to go procedures but the sauce was incredibly over salted. I'm glad it was served on the side since if it was mixed in it would have been inedible. The chicken was really flat with clearly defined layers that easily separated. It was so flat and consistently cut in even squares that it made me wonder if it was some kind of shaped chicken nugget type product instead of regular chicken breast. The gnocchi was good and a little gummy but I'm not incredibly familiar with the pasta. The sauce also promised mushrooms, none of which were visible but I supposed could have been incorporated. The quality reminded me of a university cafeteria meal or airport food, the pricing more relating to airport food for the quality. read more

The service was atrocious. After charging me for wine, the scruffy dude behind the counter forgets to serve me wine while yakking on the phone to his buddy. I got an italian pasta dish which looked atrocious and sad when he brought it out. Just measly noodles with hardly any dressing of any sort on it. My companions insisted I ask for the advertized vegetables on it. He wanted to take my bowl back to the kitchen, which irked me. I said "No Way! Just bring me the appropriate toppings in a side dish." In response, he tossed a sad clump of onions, spinach and mushrooms in a bowl and brought it out. This franchise is a disaster.
