We got two options for the soup: spicy and non-spicy. I really loved the peanut and plum sauces they had to go with the cooked stuff from the hot pot. The drink options are also great with beer on draft (extra cost) and umeshuu plum wine (included in the unlimited price!!). The price is amazing at 20€ per person for unlimited hot pot ingredients and (!!) the buffet! There is also a buffet with some decent options if you still aren't full from the hot pot, including a huge dessert section with a chocolate fountain (seriously!!).
