I came in on a Friday night around 9pm, ordered my food at the register, and grabbed a table outside. The staff seemed a little unfriendly but not surprised as they were college-aged. I got my food very quickly and it was delicious. The serving was plentiful which made the $13 pesto cavatappi with tofu worth it. There were a few families sitting inside and one sitting outside, so there were a good amount of seating available. This location is within Tempe Marketplace, so there is a huge parking lot. She created her own. I will say that Noodles & Co definitely is not what I remember it to be. The portions are much smaller and the amount of protein that you get in your meal is absolutely disappointing, especially for the price. My dish in particular was far too saucy and it was more sweet than spicy. The one positive is the s'mores rice crispy, which was absolutely wonderful. We have been to this place couple of time when ever we visited Tempe marketplace. This is one of the good franchises out there. When we went recently we ordered the butter noodles for kids, penne Rosa, garlic noodles and potstickers for ourselves. The butter noddles was a disappointment, the noodles were undercooked and it was way too thick for kids. Penne Rosa and the stuffed garlic was decent and potstickers is always a good option. Love how they have some spices at the counter and a fancy machine for drinks and water. The service is good and quick. The quantity is limited, I mean you get what you pay for. I love that they have healthy options and show the calorie information, not to mention how varied the menu is. The potstickers are a dope appetizer! Loved the sauce it came with. This is a safe, if unexciting, choice for a meal. There's food for picky eaters, kids, vegetarians, and those on diets. The only eating plan impossible here is a fully vegan diet. This location is convenient, besides the struggle that can be Tempe Marketplace parking, and there's ample indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter, then take a seat as your food is brought out to you. The meal comes with forks, but there are optional chopsticks if you want to use those.  The food at this location is like the food at all Noodles and Co restaurants. I enjoy their pad thai, despite the fact that it does not resemble pad thai. Their penne rosa, Japanese pan noodles, and mac and cheese are also excellent.  It depends on what you're in the mood for.  Healthy substitution of zoodles works best in the pad thai or other asian dishes.  Anything on the Italian-inspired side just isn't as good. My family enjoys sharing some potstickers or Korean-style meatballs, especially if we get the smaller size of noodle dish. Their prices are good. The deal for adding a side dish is worth it, but I don't feel adding tofu or meat to your meal is.  For the same price as a little protein, you could get a whole small bowl of mac and cheese! While there was definitely more Pad Thai noodles than zucchini noodles, they both were decent in portions. I wish they gave more zucchini noodles though because even after finishing my plate, I was barely content. Like c'mon man, can I get another zucchini turned into noodles? They're cheap in bulk! The flavors were decent in both the Zucchini Truffle Mac and the Pad Thai but don't go in thinking you'll be getting authentic Thai flavors with the Pad Thai or anything. This is still a fast food environment ran by teenie boppers tryna turn hard work into chicken nuggets. I would definitely come back for a quick meal. Items purchased: Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese: My daughter got this dish and it was your typical Mac and cheese topped with Buffalo chicken. The entire dish is one of the best pastas I've had and was shocked it was technically fast food. I dream about this pasta and can't wait to go back! Upon walking in, I saw some spices displayed on the wall and took one for my meal because I thought that's what they were for.
