She was able to squeeze the cleaning into her busy schedule and got the entire job done in just a few days--and when I say the apartment was destroyed, that is probably an understatement. Tracy was very professional, thorough and thoughtful during this sensitive situation. I wish I lived closer to Ashland because I would definitely hire Tracy to clean my own house on a regular basis!! I left for a few hours so they could do their job without feeling like I was looking over their shoulder. When I came home the check was gone and the house was not clean. I looked everywhere for proof that they had been here but my furniture and rugs were still covered in cat fur and my countertops dusty. That was all they had to do. The house was completely organized and tidy with the exception of vacuuming and dusting. I even left out materials for them to use. For weeks now I have been calling them and leaving messages. All I wanted was for someone to come back and actually do the job. I guess they think ignoring me is a better option than actually treating their customer with respect and care. Oh. And they totally cashed the check.

RUDE AF OBNOXIOUS funny thing is I don't need your pathetic cleaning I make more in a day than you'll ever make. Maybe you need to learn to clean that mouth with some of them cleaners you have. the absolute best! all cleaners see drug tested and back ground checked! the owner checks every single job and is on site for the entire job working with them to make sure it is done correctly ! most of the time you never see the owner but she is always there working beside them! amazing team! very trusted very thorough very helpful and go above and beyond . all non toxic cleaning supplies are used which is amazing no fumes to choke you up. just a beautiful experience ! read more
