Employees here are very professional when saying NO... Actually, it took me a day or two to realize that they said NO to us?!?! They said it so nicely, so professionally, etc. And Hermes corporate customer service NEVER contacted us, surprised and disappointed. Ambiance - Smaller location. After this experience, I can NOT recommend shopping here. Hermes in the other 3 cities we shopped at were much better, even more professional and found a way to say YES!! Service - 2 stars for the interaction. 1 star for the results. Sadly after this experience, I do NOT want my wife (or daughter) to continue to be a customer. Scarf selection was also small compared to other stores & they made a point to comment on how this is how it was in Nice. Another boutique next door had made the same comment so I guess this is well-known among frequent shoppers As we were just visiting & hoping to score the item I'd seen, I couldn't stay disappointed long as there was a lovely red scarf calling my name, asking to come home with me & who am I to ignore such pleas? Pleasant staff & great service.

Unethical business. Felt racially profiled. The saleswoman clearly did not want me in her store…read more I am polite, dressed, speak French and was looking to purchase Mephisto sandals. After approximately 20 minutes and trying on at most 2 pairs, I purchased one pair. The saleswoman was cold, snappish, abrasive. She snatched the box back from me for the pair that I did not want. She did not issue an itemized "store receipt." I learned later, to my dismay, that this was deliberate as this is the only way to legally make a return or exchange in France. I returned later in the day to make an exchange with my credit card receipt. She refused the exchange, told me I was crazy and turned away. I am considering writing to Mephisto. I found the same condescending and rude attitude at the Mephisto store 1/2 mile away the day before. Maybe they feel free to treat all foreigners this way? It is awful.

Best soft hand made leather boots ever. The color is beautiful and it's comfortable to war. Founded in 2004 in Northern France, Laura Vita shoes are hand made leather goods and it's well, super colorful as in techno color. Why not have a pair like that? It's one of a kind practically. Nina Rose offers a good selection of them all. My guess is that I should not be keeping on buying shoes in France. Now I've done it. But here is the thing, I think the shoes are better quality here, and often you get Italian shoes for a lot less than the U.S., and you can find German brands and French brands for a fraction of the cost in France than it is in other parts of Western Europe. It's right on Jean Medicin, cross street is Pastorelli and it's right by the big tall version of the H&M, not far from Monoprix across the street.

The store has loose linen dresses in the back complete with a fitting room. This boutique is more upscale and contemporary in design and offerings. I couldnt stop at one pair....Achats Heureux!
