Except third shift I have had to do everything for myself I push the button no one comes! I have a IV pole I have to push while holding and walking with a walker! My father was recently a patient here and spent his final days in peace and comfort, thanks to the…read morehard-working and compassionate staff at Holy Family. The nursing staff was responsive to his every need and checked on him frequently. The pastoral care he received was equally wonderful. Sister Margaret Mary, in particular, was so warm and loving toward him, and I was touched by her kindness. I'm sure she brought him much comfort! In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by how the staff took such good care of my family and I while we kept vigil in my dad's room. Between my brother, my mom and myself, we never left his side on the weekend he passed. The staff saw to it that I had a pillow and blanket to keep me comfortable while I slept there overnight, and they also brought me a phone charger when I needed it. One day, a staff member cooked my mom a grilled cheese sandwich just for her, because she knew she needed to eat. They promised us they would do anything they could for us, and they certainly did! When my dad passed away, we were all given a hug by our wonderful nurse, and given reassurance that he was no longer in pain. I could tell that one of the other nurses present was fighting back tears, which touched me, as well, knowing that I was not alone in my grief. I really just can't say enough good things about the wonderful people working there who make it their mission to provide comfort and care to their patients and their families. And the facility, itself, is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Nobody wants to have to bring their loved one to a hospice, but if you should find yourself looking for a facility to provide palliative care for your family member, you really couldn't ask for a place better than Holy Family.

Well, i can say, i did had doubt about this place, and i had some run in with some nurse staff, but…read moremy husband been there 3 years and it had improved alot, i mean, when nurse there not doing there job and they being a snot? I can Truly say manager gets on there behind or hire new nurse, i also have a mother in law in there, and come fine out? She not beening treated l nice but once i talk to manager thing has improve! Only thing is, i dont like is the Laundry staff! The stealing and lieing like crap! Which i hope they improve, but i can say they have reverse his stoling items and plus gave him more! So yes! Every nursing home have ups an it down, its just you have give them head up more Offend in whats going on? Also, little improvement can be made on weakend staff because who ever that one operator must!!! got sleep apnea! Or something she Wont answer The phone and have attitude too ! Now who chic is i dont know maybe young lady! But they need have better serves on weekend operator, If any other problem occurr the management will jump right on it ! Please be patient too! I have my sister here at first was good but after few weeks a 369 hapen,the staff are very rude…read morewith her she pass hours waiting to get her diaper change, she even call me to ask me to please call the center so they stop ignoring her and change her diaper, if she ask for water they bring it when they feel like or they never bring it so she doesn't dirty her diaper, they take her blood and throw everything on her lil dresser like is a garbage can ,almost a year and she told me that not once anyone help her wash her mouth ,you don't see residents around, everyone is in their bed,like that's the system, easier for the employees only few times I'm try to talk to management but they always right with some excuses, they stole money from her in the past ,now her Lil perfume is gone ,air conditioner leak water and never get fix ,no therapy, my sister don't even like to call the nurses because she say they get mad,some of them when they come they say to her comments like "you can do this by yourself you don't do it because you don't want to,knowing that she's paralyzed, here some few pictures of my review record
