Our project with this company was very frustrating and disappointing, considering the hassle and expense. Very little went right. Flooring Solutions hired an inexperienced contractor. The indoor carpet was cut jaggedly in most rooms. As a result, we had to have another contractor fix the problems at least twice. The 2nd contractor discovered that leaves and other lawn debris had stuck to the bottom of the carpet and not been removed before installation. The outdoor carpet was not adequately glued to the steps. We had to call them multiple times to fix problems. As to carpet quality: We were replacing 25 year-old carpet. Less than two years after installation, parts of the new carpet are fraying and stay crushed even after vacuuming and look worse than the original did in the same places. We also replaced carpet on the basement stairs, and that too already looks worse than the old carpet, with stringy tufts coming off the step edges. A poor value. Very disappointing. We do not recommend.
