I would never stay there again they prefer to cater to the hockey teams and their families then…read morejust customers period because i stayed there for two nights back in February and the kids were screaming running up and down the halls late hours in the night I asked nicely many times for them to handle it and instead of telling the parents to control their kids or to quiet down past a certain time of night I got told I must not ever deal with kids and that I have to deal with it like excuse you I do know how to deal with kids and I know that you can tell them to quiet down if not they will get charged extra or kicked out or something bcuz when I was a kid I was taught to be quiet after 9 pm but these kids were as loud as can be til 1 am to me it seems like the employees didnt want to do their jobs and I was ready to yell at the parents to control their kids because they also were running around the pool and shoving each other also

So one month later everyone started booking. He upped the price $40 knowing there was a wedding. So we paid $180 for a room. To check in at 2pm one hour early he charged everyone $15 extra. Then the breakfast had sour milk, egg shells in the eggs and no coffee. If you complained the lady working didn't care. Then to top it off they charged me $50 for two towels they said had stains and they couldn't use again. After much yelling the only thing we got was the two towels. Which I went home and washed and they came completely clean. This hotel is a joke and the owner is a money hungry jerk. There is a few cabins out of Mora next time we are staying there. Someone could open a hotel and put this guy out of business.

We arrived after 7 hours on the road only to find out the place closed in February and was in foreclosure. I filed a fraud report with the Roseau police department and luckily we were able to secure alternate lodging for our stay. They knew this was a deliberate fraud when they closed prior to charging my credit card with no notice to us ...just left us to scramble at the last minute to find a place to stay hours from our home. They need to be held accountable..They won't post this until I give it a star rating..so have to give it a star...but reality would be a double negative star.
