This person keeps taking money and Runs away without completing the job. He gave us a good price and we gave him contract, he said he needed money to buy materials to start job from wed but he never turned up nor received our call or msgs. He received our call after 10 days and said he was on holiday and his workers let him down by not turning up. He came back on 12 th just loitering around, when asked where is materials he blamed they're taking too much time to deliver and said he needed more money as original 2000£ was not enough for materials,and when we showed our disappointment he said he spent the money we gave on his mothers treatment etc. After taking all the money he's left the job unfinished and left lot of garbage in the garden.
