Pay attention to your lease. There's a reason it says pay by week. He will show up tune 5th Friday…read moreof a month and expect payment so some months you'll end up paying way more than time place is worth. He doesn't fix anything. He shows up drunk with a beer opened in his console every single time. You can tell by the bloodshot yellow in his eyes he stays drunk. I would not recommend even associating with this low life.
