The teacher was fantastic and set the right vibe and pace for our small group of 6. The exercises were challenging for me as a beginner but she offered modifications and gave us all plenty of attention. The one issue I had was when contacting the studio, all calls are rerouted to the West Village location. So they weren't able to help when we had trouble finding the place.

I had taken pilates before but no instructor has ever given me nearly the time to correct every single movement I make. In pilates, the smallest movements are the most important and Annie is an expert and observing and correcting. She's also hilarious and very encouraging so her classes are fun. She typically teaches private and semi-private and has reasonable rates for such personalized attention. Thank you, Pilannie!

I wrote to let them know and despite that, they marked me as a no show. After ignoring my follow ups, I asked for a package refund many weeks later and was told no. This is a business I supported year round and I gave the owner no problem when she cancelled on me 2/3 times during the winter.
