I'll post pics of the review since it won't let me put it all in.... I'm a honest person... and I will be truthful about the great things they did but I WILL not tolerate a businesses late of Integrity. The Better Business Bureau will be noticed of this.

With so many one star ratings it's a wonder they're still in business.

Mechanic said it needs an entire new engine. Called Wheels of Norman and we're told it's not their problem, but hey, if we want to "trade that one in," they'd be happy to sell us another one. In the end, the idiot gave us $500. Mind you, we PAID THEM $5,500 total. And we aren't made of money, but they don't give a crap about their customers. Their bottom line is throwing a bandaid on a car and making as much profit as they can. Wheels of Norman, how do you sleep at night? Thanks to you, we are out both a car and our hard earned money. Ours had a long standing problem that we didn't know about and they claimed the car was in excellent condition . Ran fine and had no problems. I drove the Chevy HHR I bought from them for two weeks and it was in the shop over a month. Needed a new motor because the timing chain shredded a tensioner and metal shavings caused the pistons to hit the valves and mess up the compression and some gears. After I paid them $6200 cash I had to turn around and pay a repair shop $2,000 in repairs for a new motor. When I called Wheels of Norman to talk about it they told me too bad. Didn't offer any help, suggestions, or even an apology. Just said you bought it "as is", it's your problem now. Horrible business.

I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Level 2 Edition from this dealership, and…read moreunfortunately, the experience was far below what I expected when making such a significant purchase. The sales process initially started off well, but concerns began when I noticed the mileage listed on the paperwork did not appear correct, which immediately raised questions about whether I was even receiving the correct vehicle. Although that issue was eventually clarified, the rest of the experience continued to decline. When I took delivery of the truck after it had supposedly been "detailed," the vehicle was clearly not properly cleaned. There was still paper debris in the floorboard, dirt on the floors, and the floor mats had not been wiped down. I also noticed scratches on the rear driver-side fender and scuff marks on the passenger-side mirror. Considering this was a brand-new 2026 vehicle, this was extremely disappointing. Instead of these issues being resolved before delivery, I was told I would need to bring the truck back at another time, making it feel like the responsibility had been pushed onto me after the sale was completed. To make matters worse, I sold my F-150 to the dealership during this transaction and was told after everything was finalized that it would take 5-7 days to receive my check. Even after multiple follow-ups and additional trips to the dealership, I still had difficulty getting clear communication regarding payment. What should have been a simple process became something I had to actively chase down myself. I later returned the truck for the cosmetic concerns to be addressed, but the results were still disappointing. It appeared they simply attempted to buff the mirror instead of properly correcting the issue, and the detailing still looked rushed and incomplete. I documented the concerns through text messages and emails to the salesperson and even received acknowledgment that the items had been received, yet several of the issues were still not addressed during the truck's time in service. Because I was not satisfied with how the situation was being handled, I did additional research and found that Shawn Groff was the General Manager for both Lander CDJR and Chevrolet of Norman. I sent him a direct email in hopes of finding a resolution. Instead, I was passed from one manager to another. First, Vic Wixon, a Sales Manager, contacted me, but because he was going on vacation, I was then handed off to Josh Pickens, another Sales Manager. Later, when I picked up the truck for the second time after the mirror replacement, I was directed to Stephen Clark, yet another Sales Manager. Despite reaching out directly, I have still never received a response from Shawn Groff. You often hear that the most important part of a car deal is what happens after the sale. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. There wasn't even a simple goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience, such as filling the truck back up with fuel, providing a complimentary detail, or offering a first oil change. I'm not saying this is a bad dealership. What I am saying is that the ball was dropped on a $50,000 purchase, and there was very little effort made to restore confidence or make the situation right. Even a simple phone call from the General Manager to provide transparency and ensure another customer would not experience the same issues would have gone a long way. What stood out most was the contrast between the attention given before the sale versus after it. While waiting at the dealership one day, I overheard a salesperson tell a customer that if she left without speaking to a manager, he would get in trouble. It was clear there was urgency when a sale was still on the table. Unfortunately, once the paperwork was signed, that same sense of urgency seemed to disappear. At the end of the day, I understand that issues can happen with any dealership. What matters most is communication, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all four. I remained patient and reasonable throughout the process, but repeatedly having to return a brand-new truck for unresolved issues and chase answers from multiple people has been extremely frustrating. I truly hope the dealership improves its delivery standards, communication, and customer service moving forward because this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected when purchasing a brand-new vehicle.

Our experience today at Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman was completely different. This was one of the best dealership experiences we've ever had. Everything was smooth, easy, and relaxed. At no point did we feel pressured to do this or buy that. We went in to look at a specific vehicle and they actually let us look at it, take it for a drive, and decide for ourselves without trying to push us into something we didn't want. The whole process was great. We were in and out, the pricing was very fair, and the finance process was just as smooth. If you're in the Norman or South OKC area and looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Brandon at Ferguson Buick GMC. He's a blue-collar oilfield guy at heart and understands how most blue-collar folks want the car-buying experience to be--straightforward and honest. I've been trying to buy a Ram diesel lately and have been to several dealerships, and the experience at most of them has been terrible. If Ferguson ever gets the truck I'm looking for in my price range, I'd go back and buy it from them today without hesitation.

I was contacted by Allen Reeves and scheduled an appointment that same evening, where I met with salesperson Kevin Shepard. I traveled approximately 175 miles to the dealership with my brother, Lewis. After a test drive, we began discussing the purchase. I informed Kevin that I had pre-arranged financing through Mount Olive Baptist Church Federal Credit Union. He stated the dealership might secure better terms, and I agreed to allow them to try. Due to the three-hour return trip, we agreed to continue the transaction remotely, and I was introduced to finance officer Logan, who discussed loan terms. On January 5, 2026, after the dealership failed to provide acceptable financing, I informed Kevin I would proceed with my credit union and requested a purchase order. When I received it, the vehicle price had increased from approximately $34,000 to about $39,000. When I questioned this, Kevin stated via text that the increase was due to documentation fees and TTL. On January 6, 2026, at 12:47 PM, Kevin sent a message stating: "Your OTD price after Doc Fee and TTL is $39,295.50. This includes all available discounts to you." On January 9, 2026, the dealership and my credit union completed the paperwork, and the vehicle was delivered on January 10, 2026. On February 12, 2026, after not receiving permanent registration, I contacted Kevin, who advised me to contact the DMV. When I contacted the Oklahoma DMV, I was informed I would need to provide the title, proof of purchase, and pay taxes to register the vehicle. This conflicted with my understanding that TTL had been included in my purchase price. Upon reviewing my purchase documents, I confirmed there was no line item showing TTL had been paid. I contacted the dealership and attempted to reach Logan but did not receive a response. On February 16, 2026, I spoke with Jennifer Lamb in the finance department. She stated that when customers use outside financing, the dealership does not pay TTL. This policy had never been disclosed to me. I informed her that I had written confirmation from Kevin stating TTL was included. She requested the messages, which I emailed to her. She stated she would follow up but never returned my call. On February 20, 2026, I left a voicemail and sent a follow-up email. I received no response. On February 24, 2026, I reached Ms. Lamb again and was transferred to her director, who stated there was nothing he could do and redirected me to a sales manager. I was transferred again but did not receive any resolution or follow-up. On March 3, 2026, after continued lack of response, I contacted the dealership again and was informed by a salesperson that the dealership has a policy of increasing the vehicle price by $2,000 if financing is not completed through them. This was the first time this policy was disclosed, despite the dealership's prior knowledge that I intended to use outside financing. Because my temporary registration was about to expire and I needed to remain compliant, I was forced to pay TTL out of pocket. Due to delays caused by the dealership's lack of communication, I also incurred penalties from the State of Texas. My out-of-pocket expenses were: Texas sales tax (6.25%): $2,264.50 Penalties and title transfer fees: $113.23 Registration fees: $78.25 Total: $2,513.98 I believe Norman Hyundai misrepresented the terms of the sale, failed to disclose critical financing-related pricing policies, and did not honor the quoted out-the-door price, which explicitly included TTL in written communication. Additionally, the dealership failed to provide proper documentation or assistance and did not respond to multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Despite repeated efforts over several weeks, I have received no resolution.
