We reported it immediately and were told they would make it right. It's been 8 months and we have no resolution. That was just the beginning. They were hired to pack out our home and obviously hired individuals with no experience whatsoever. We had items thrown in boxes with no packing material, packing tape taping cushions directly to our leather sofa causing the leather to rip off upon delivery, same with wooden legs on furniture. We sustained over $20k in damage after paying $19k for the move and have been "offered" $1,000 for our damage. They even refuse to provide their professional liability insurance information (likely because they have none).
