WORST. Our home was on the market 3 months,only had two showings. The night before the house "hit the market" we had a couple knock on our door that wanted us to sell without an agent. Out of respect for our newly hired agent Jordan P, we chose to go the direction of letting the agent take this & run with it! In less than 24 hours, these people got an agent & put in an offer! We countered, they declined. Our agent thought he had this " in the bag"As you read on it was worth passing. 1 video our agent did on his phone never appeared on line as promised? Another video was posted to YouTube / didn't receive many views. Still frame pictures were taken from that video which was posted along with a few other shots to the MSL listing. Not quality/ clarity. No staging was ever done.Agent was more concerned w/ going on vacation, messages he was ill - from sun poisoning to sickness, to family problems, to just needing a break for family time. Then, this all turned into avoiding any contact with us, neglected emails-texts ONLY! Many incidences: Only 1 open house with beer / wine offered. Had his assistance show us a home (while he was on vacation). Walking in the door Assistance's agent tells us home already had an offer. We should have been informed.From 12/2/16-1/2/17 no contact. 1/19/17 parents were ill. 1/4/17 our flyers were empty in the for sale sign, never replenished. FINAL STRAW: we plan to file a complaint. Our contract ended with this agent on 1/31. Call from our agent on 1/29 setting up a showing for 1/31 @ 10:30 AM.Buyers agent rescheduled for Monday 1/30 same time. Our agent never notified us.Approved it & in turn is calling, texting franticly asking if it was ok to show our home at 10:30 AM.?! They were at our house! Our neighbors shared with us "later" these people were in the driveway! Told our agent " there was no way" the house could be shown "on the spot" like that, he knew better! The house wasn't ready, we were both at work & our dogs were in the home. So, they "again rescheduled" for the 31st at 6 PM. Our agent called that morning & stated he was unavailable to show it , he had other obligations: nor was the buyers agent as she was showing another home. WT??!! Gets worse,this ridiculous agent then did the unthinkable! On 2/3/17 he was suppose to meet my husband to return our keys. My daughter happened to be home sick that day. Instead of meeting my husband at 4:30 PM the agent decided to come pick up the lock box & left our house keys laying on the knob. " That's right, left the keys to our home on the front door"?!My daughter thought that someone was trying to break in. I called Gilbert PD.Still unaware it was the agent..The officers noticed the FOR SALE sign they commented that it could be an attraction to solicitor placing flyers on the door, nothing was there?! The officers asked if the lock box was still there?! It was gone! I called our agent he said he was there, he said he thought it was ok to leave my keys at the door. He specifically knew over the course of working with us our mailboxes had been broken into and that patio furniture was stollen off my front porch. Yet he makes the decision to jeopardize my entire family & valuables by leaving the keys a top the front door handle??! I was furious/still am!! Note; it was a Friday. Not a concern that we could hv been gone that weekend & those keys would've been an open invitation! The FOR SALE sign wasn't even picked up until 2/4/17. After enduring all this we called & spoke to Michelle the firms manger. Filled her in, she seemed shocked as she knew this agent personally, which in turn she spoke with the agent that resulted in no returned calls. They weren't going to reprimand him for his actions, instead supported them! My husbands calls to Michelle went unresolved & our next step is to take further action.Recommend NOT using North & Company. If this is the way they train their agents & operate their business you may want to consider another Real Estate Co. BTW. That couple that wanted to work with us prior to N&C came back again ( lived near by).They said they called our agent numerous times (weeks after their bid) & he wouldn't return their calls?! They wanted to know the status on the house?! Our agent told us they moved on-put in an offer somewhere else?! Not the case, they dropped their agent ( only used him to view ours) They hadn't purchased they were still renting! With that said, so much of our experience seemed deceitful & unethical.I'm finally happy to say after 8 months & dealing w/ this nightmare we sold, @ FULL asking price! It was much higher than what N&C had priced our home & what the first & ONLY offer with them was! Went with another agent from a completely different company & our home just closed last week! Big different, from "start to finish". The integrity, determination, communication, aggressiveness & professionalism was there to get the job done! read more

I used Adam Bowman with North&Co Realestate and he was horrible and did not listen. When buying a house he thought he knew best and would not convey my counter offer. When selling my house he also thought he knew best and I told him my counter offer was firm but he played games and would not convey my counter offer until I had to yell at him to do it. In both situations the seller and buyer accepted my offers. Adam just thought he knew best but he is a cocky and arrogant agent and wanted me to sign a contract with nothing filled out. I'm not stupid. My friends car him the used car salesman Realestate agent. I would never use him or recommend him. Worst he told me nothing would get stole from my house when showing it. He said he has shown 100's of homes and nothing every has been stolen. I took my super valuables items to my safety deposit box and I still had items stolen. I realized it when I was finishing packing and Adam said it wasn't his problem. I completed a police report and he said he would ask if anyone stole my jewelry... like and one would admit it. It was nice pieces but the diamond were safe. Worst experience ever would never use them. read more

She armed us with a long list of properties, snacks and water. She was tech friendly: using e-sign for docs, counterchecking listings with maps with data about crime and proximity to restaurants per our request. Today I met a realtor whose name is Fred lembo, I would not recommend working with him, he seems like he would make the transaction very difficult and is not very personable. I would advise anyone that would wish to engage North & Co's services to do their homework first. My interactions with this business is from the perspective as a counter party in a real estate transaction (they represented the seller) were unsavory. Noemi Yamasaki was the seller's realtor and extremely unresponsive to inquiries and not a single deadline was met. I realize that many times in a real estate transaction the realtor is defendant on the cooperation of their buyer/seller. In a world that is even more connected, simple status updates should be no issue to provide. Noemi seemed to only respond when it was convenient for her. When I reached out to the firm's broker Michelle Williamson to express my frustration, I was given terse and unsympathetic responses. This firm seems to forget that there is another party with an interest in the transaction. In a world of choices I would advise against engaging with anyone from North & Co. read more
