After establishing myself as a regular customer whether it be purchasing items from the store or getting loans on my items, there was a couple times when I came in to buy back my items and didn't quite have enough. The owner was very generous and cut the interest charges in half so I could get my stuff back. Something the other pawn shoo in town would NEVER dream of doing. There have been other times where the owner bent the store policy for me so I could afford something, again this kind of customer service would be unheard of at their competition. I live 2 blocks away from the other pawn shop and regularly walk over an hour, mostly up steep hills, to come here. BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN!!

In this boutique you will find some of the nicest second-hand goods that are clean, maintained and reasonably priced. There is a large selection of name-brand items with ridiculously good price-tags. The bag and jewelry selection is great as well with lots of variety with the occasional eccentric piece popping up (the ones I usually snatch up). The owner has fabulous taste and is very personable. On top of all the goodies, the decor itself is something to marvel. The whole vibe is very whimsical and magical with vintage photos, animal print, victorian looking pieces and much more. Pretty much a fairly solid selection, supported by some pretty regular and friendly customers. You can sell books too and get credit (they save it on the computer system). I picked up Thug Kitchen, a pretty recent vegan hardcover cookbook for only $8.50 and an old copy of James Herriot's All Things Great and Small in excellent condition for $3. Most of the books had great spines. The people who sell the books here really take care of their wares. Now if only there were a few chairs here ...
