They were given, and accepted a cashiers check for my judgment and 10 days later took the same amount out of my bank account. Their explanation was that I may have filed an appeal for hardship and they would have lost money from the credit union so they took the money out of my bank as well. This is a shady assed operation and I don't know any recourse since their actions caused me extreme distress by draining 2 of my accounts.
