There was no discussion of side effects except by the staff who said we would discuss them if I had any after the procedure. I was scheduled the first injection, and then more after that, ones that are dependent on whether the first one helped me. I ran as fast as I could away, and will tell anyone I know to go elsewhere for their care and treatment

I have used this clinic ever since Fort Drum no longer had a Dr that could do my injections. The base Drs. referred me to them once a year just for the injections. As it was I had to make 2-3 appointments just to receive said injections each time my insurance paid him and I had a $33 co-pay. His bedside manner is lacking, but it was my only option. They only care about the money and definitely not about the patient. Don't make the same mistake I did. Drive the 90 minutes to Syracuse if you need treatment that the base no longer has.

Every time I tried to ask the provider any questions she was just rude she didn't want to help me she just cut me off I basically got frustrated I said so I guess you're basically not going to help me and I just left very frustrated with the same condition that I went in there with . I would seriously think long and hard about going to this establishment. The type of care do you get here is not very good . They really need to work on not only their customer service skills and how they treat people but how they care for people as well and hopefully give people care in the future.

I was able to get in to see him quickly and he did an evaluation and prescribed me medication which relieved my pain by the next day. When I pointed out that the conversation was about voicemails when I was calling about a referral, things then changed to if my referral had arrived. the woman i was speaking to said she sent the needed information I was calling about to the "manager of referrals" while we were talking. I asked the woman I was speaking to for her first name for my records and she said "I do not give out my first name". when i asked for the first name of said "manager of referrals" said person said "i don't like to give out names" again, do I did not get it. I then asked to be referred to the office manager. she called back and said "I can't force staff to give out their first name or anyone else' first name and then said "I don't give out my first name either". So even the practice manager does not give our her first name. I was also informed there is no "referral manager" like the first person told me there was. The practice manager said "this may not be the place for you if you want first names'. I indicated to the practice manager that this has been an unpleasant experience with the "no first names" of anyone being give and would like her to acknowledge how for a new patient that can be uncomfortable. The practice manager said "no, I won't do that because I can't force anyone to give their first name".

First time there, the office is 7 minutes late to open (3 other patients waiting for them to open)…read more The office staff and RN's are wearing jeans, flip flops and sweatshirts, and look completely unprofessional. In my appt. the provider used hand sanitizer which was great, however their hands smelled like stale cigerettes and I couldn't get that smell off me the rest of the day! Flash forward a couple months and the office people have bad attitudes on the phone and are not easy to work with. I suggest you stay away from here until they get everything figured out. For being a doctors office, I expect a lot higher professionalism- not a highschool classroom. Sorry if this is negative, I usually am not this picky. This place was just not for me.
