1 star is too much. I requested 3 times a real id drivers license. Young girl at office, did not care and falsified the application and told me to sign it, without telling me that she did not mark it for "real id" . 2 month before they so called "lost new license plate tags". I call it a shady business. Office should be closed. Complained to county, they cover it up , stating " you signed a agreement that all is correct". Stay away from north county license office ! Go somewhere else. By the way, mailing id and other stuff unsecured per post office, make no sense. But you have to verify several times, its you that stands in the license office.
