At that time I was informed that they did not take my insurance. I got another referral from my doctor and started over with another Physical Therapist. Then I got a bill for my co-pay of 3 visits from Restoration PT and it showed my insurance covered my visits. I called and questioned this and at that time was told that I was the only one that Aetna covered. If I had known I would not have started over with another Therapist. Now I have had to pay 3 additional co-pays that was not necessary. And Restoration still wants the money for these 3 co-pays. They should have known the situation with the insurance before my first visit

Swelling was terrible and they never said to put cool packs on my face. In fact, they said not to. Afterwards, I have found that that would have helped. The bigger problem is shown in the photos. On my left eye he did something horribly wrong and you can see from the other photo that I never had this pulling/puckering on that side until after the surgery. I waited a year and went back and he was like what's the problem? He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. One side of my eye looks like natural wrinkles, but the other aisle looks very weird. It's like he pulled some muscle too tight right through that spot But wouldn't know up to it.I would definitely not go to him and wish I hadn't. Looks terrible.
